Summary:
Supports the execution of customer and channel marketing strategies by coordinating shopper activation plans, assisting in commercial operations, and managing administrative tasks. Works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

- Manage all vendors, delivery, and quote management plus processing PO’s.
- Working in partnership with the sales/marketing team to identify risks and opportunities to calculate size of prize and make recommendations on opportunities to close gaps. New customer development set up, end to end process.
- Where there are gaps in demand, work with sales team to identify most effective levers or customer activities (promotions, calendar events) to address market concerns and to manage inventory and ordering to balance supply & demand while minimizing inventory losses.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Align marketing efforts with product launches, updates, and sales initiatives.
- Manage portfolio by channel including changes: discos, weight outs, replacements and formulas.

This is a remote, work-from-home role with 5–10% travel (domestic + international). Because YPO is not an employer in Malaysia, this position is offered as an international consultant contract . The initial contract runs through September 2026 , with the possibility of renewal. Candidates must be flexible to collaborate across global time zones.

Role SummaryAs Marketing & Communications Manager, Chapters & Regions , you’ll play a critical role in strengthening YPO’s brand and driving chapter health to enhance the member experience. Partnering with the Senior Manager, you’ll design and deliver integrated marketing strategies, create compelling campaigns, and optimize communications that resonate across our diverse, global community. This role blends strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the globe.
Primary Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing & communications plans that support both organizational and departmental goals.
- Ensure marketing initiatives reflect YPO’s brand voice, values, and strategic priorities.
- Lead the creation of content, messaging, and storytelling that drive engagement and action.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand goals and deliver tailored marketing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (marketing ops, creative services, product/tech) to plan and execute campaigns.
- Partner with external vendors and creative agencies when needed to deliver high-quality assets.
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Facilitate regular check-ins to align priorities and maintain transparency.
- Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling marketing materials (presentations, reports, stakeholder communications).
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging visuals and messaging.
- Safeguard brand consistency, clarity, and quality across all touchpoints.
- Manage and update digital platforms with relevant content.
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
- Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by testing new approaches and applying data-driven learnings.

- 5+ years in marketing, communications, or related fields
- Strong background in campaign execution, content development, and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in Canva + proven copywriting/editing ability
- Data-driven, with comfort using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce preferred)
