As a qualified specialist , you:
develop, manage and support global/regional/affiliate E2E marketing campaigns (including asset creation, user journey/logic building, localization, segmentation, testing, analyzing)
work with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional and outbound marketing campaigns, and nurture campaigns leveraging valuable product data, to drive customer engagement and raise customer understanding of the product, service or order
understand the business partners’ and stakeholders’ preferences and consulting, recommending, developing solutions and best practices to reach their own goals in marketing automation
Facilitate tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed
Support global/regional projects /initiatives, as required.
Operationalize marketing automation programs to support demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, retention, etc.
What can you bring to our team:
University or College Degree in a related field (Computing and IT, Communication or Digital Marketing)
2+ yearsof professional email marketing experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of developing automated campaigns
Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, in the context of email marketing (basic is a minimum)
Excellent understanding of user journeys and campaign logic

Job Description
Execute customer journey plans across all relevant touchpoints (both online and offline) to ensure an optimal experience with FC-P, contributing to OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) execution of country plans.
Collaborate with Channel Managers to ensure consistent use of brand assets and effective marketing execution, supporting channel and category growth under the agile commercial execution framework.
Lead the execution of major exhibitions (e.g., FHM and ICBS), including managing agency and supplier coordination, ensuring brand consistency, and conducting post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop impactful sales materials (e.g., brochures, videos), and coordinate with distributors, culinary schools, and chefs to organize masterclasses with Brand Ambassadors.
Support key account conversion by preparing pitching decks, launch plans for LTOs, and marketing collaborations. Assist in tracking bakery and beverage trends and organizing ideation sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Execute channel campaigns and maintain tracking reports for promotional sell-out activities. Organize regular product and application trainings for distributors and sales teams in collaboration with the culinary and technical teams.
Lead the execution of distributor and wholesaler roadshows, deploy in-store visibility assets based on channel strategy, and manage the lead conversion list from all events and roadshows.
Organize quarterly competitor benchmarking sessions with culinary and barista teams. Support customer interviews and testing sessions, and track competitor activities and pricing monthly with the Marketing Manager.
