Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing Specialist) . As a Specialist within the Digital Marketing team, you will use Inbound Marketing methodologies to deliver exceptional returns on our client’s marketing campaigns, whether it is in the area of generating enquiries or driving awareness for a brand. This role includes

30% copywriting

and

70% end-to-end campaign implementation

(setup, tracking, optimisation, reporting). We want candidates who are willing to or can already: Speak and write excellent English Craft ad copies and landing pages to effectively generate conversions Set up and maximise the results of your digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media ad platforms Strategise with Account Managers on media planning and advice on performance best practices Implement tracking to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and websites accurately Analyse data and work out actionable insights for the client to better their business Handle queries and discussions on all things online-related (it is that dynamic!) with clients and teammates You will love this job if. Preferably a marketer with 1 to 3 years of experience running PPC, Lead Generation, and E-Commerce Sales campaigns (fresh graduates with relevant certificates are encouraged to apply too) Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Advertising / Marketing / Mass Communications / Psychology / Engineering or equivalent Extra points when we assess your application: You write, track and monetise your own blog or online property You can demonstrate that you are the right fit for this job in your CV You’ve completed (any) digital marketing course/certifications Skills

About You

  • The Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote CARSOME Academy Malaysia.
  • This role requires a creative and driven individual who is passionate about marketing and content creation, with the flexibility to support the marketing team across various campaigns and activities. The ultimate goal is to achieve the Marketing KPIs set for the team.

Your Day-to-Day

  1. To assist Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve team KPIs and business objectives.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and assets.
  3. Support the marketing team in organizing and promoting events such as open days, workshops, and grassroots activities with the aim to drive brand awareness, build rapport with schools and expand Academy’s database.
  4. Create promotional materials and content to increase event participation.
  5. Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms
  6. Manage CARSOME Academy’s social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to followers.
  7. Implement social media strategies to grow the audience and enhance engagement.
  8. Ensure all content and communications align with CARSOME Academy’s branding guidelines.
  9. Maintain a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all platforms and materials.
  10. Collaborate with designers to produce visuals/videos and multimedia assets.
  11. Stay updated on content trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
  12. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies.
  13. Use insights to recommend content ideas and campaign strategies.
  14. Writing and proofread creative copies, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    Your Know How
    • Minimum diploma in marketing, Mass Communication or other relevant diploma or degrees.
    • Have at least 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and basic graphic design skills.
    • Basic graphic design and editorial tools (Canva,Capcut, Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
    • High degree of self initiative, sense of responsibility and ownership.
    • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
    • Detailed oriented.
    • Possess team spirit.
    • Passion and interest in education is an advantage.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
