Meet challenging volume ramp plans and production in- and output on a day-to-day basis. Hit outgoing quality and internal yield targets set between Enovix, its customers, and the subcontractor. To establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to drive efficiency and effectiveness with identifies opportunities for continual improvement. Spearhead LEAN deployment in shopfloor Drive value stream mapping, standardization and alignment of manufacturing processes Coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, supply chain, quality & Reliability, contract manufacturer, customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. Manages and monitor Manufacturing Operations areas on Operating supply and BOM material usage. Effectively manages shopfloor employees relations including hiring, discipline, rewards and recognition, and effective resources allocation. To work with manufacturer to develop, retain and nurture talent to support succession planning ensuring appropriate coaching, mentoring is available. Qualifications
