Key Accountabilities
Contract & Account Management
- Responsible for Profit & Loss (P/L) for the Customer Contract.
- Be the Strategic advisor to the customer: Take a strategic view and engage with the customer for areas of growing the partnership.
- Establish an Account Plan, including a retention plan for the customer, and drive this.
- Accountable for the contractual deliverables of the Commercial Partnership.
- Proactively review data and identify areas for revenue growth, while not compromising on quality and contractual commitments.
- Lead MBR / QBR with the customer.

Operational

- Escalations & Non-Conformance: Main escalation point for customers regarding non-compliance with Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures. Identify opportunities to improve/ enhance customer excellence measures.
- Compliance: Supervise that all agreed Standard Operating Procedures and process documents, internal and external, are always up to date.
- Evolve: Drive proactive suggestions for continuous improvement, drive cost reduction, and deliver new projects (with gain share potential to drive profitability).
- Performance Management: Set goals and objectives for dedicated teams working to deliver customer requirements. Engage all required resources involved with the customer into a cohesive team to deliver results for the customer and the company.
KAM Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Evaluation of incoming opportunities, ensuring a high hit rate in line with internal profitability targets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, not limited to: Key Accounts team; operations; finance; technology; and cluster BD teams.
- Collaborate on participation in events to increase brand awareness for BCOs in targeted verticals.
