Monitor and plan inbound shipments from suppliers/production sites; coordinate container arrivals and inbound schedules. Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to customers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal container/truck utilization. Monitor logistics providers’ daily performance and resolve service quality issues. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents (delivery notes, customs, shipping records). Manage import/export customs declarations and coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance, timely clearance, and proper documentation. Drive continuous improvement in transportation and operations for efficiency and cost savings. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 3-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Chinese proficiency is preferred. Understanding of the basics of manufacturing order fulfillment, proficiency in transportation scheduling and handling of matter arising from logistic. Familiar with Malaysia custom operation. Analysis of transportation costs and the impact of cyclical business.
