Job Description In your new role you will:
Proactively deploy Infineon's digital sales strategy and apply digital methods to build trusting relationships with our customers remotely Manage opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing with remote FAEs), and should have the ability to switch to in-person when required (e.g., FAE support) to support cross-selling Handle quotes and price negotiations Be responsible for design-win, business-win, and revenue for relevant customers Prioritize day-to-day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics Update sales management systems for core activities (e.g.: CRM) Take over ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven track record of success in digital sales and account management Effective time management skills and ability to multitask Remote selling experience and analytical skills Digital educating and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve) Product and application knowledge Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both oral and written Multi-lingual would be an advantage with Korean & German, both oral and written

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Malaysia • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payment collection • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Singapore HQ • Travel extensively within Malaysia (and occasionally to Singapore) • Report regularly via digital tools (email, Google Sheets, CRM) Traveling out of Malaysia will be on a reimbursement basis EPF and Socso Commission Scheme Other benefits packages are open to be discussed during interview Job Requirements
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS ・ 8–10 years in the specialty metals, steel, or industrial materials sector ・Well-established network with machine shops, OEMs, and end-users ・Proven track record in B2B technical sales and customer relationship management
