About the Role

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team in Composites Malaysia. This role covers server, network, storage, and backup administration, ensuring system security, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers (Linux knowledge a plus).
• Manage networks, VMware, storage, and backup systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Min. 3 years' experience in Windows Server administration.
• 2+ years' experience in network management.
• Familiar with VMware, Exchange, storage, and backup solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Degree in IT/related field and ITIL certification are advantages.
• Able to start immediately / short notice preferred.

Contract & Working Conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for servers, workstations, and infrastructure systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Operations located in Butterworth. The Deputy General Manager Operations will oversee the daily operations of the logistics hub, manage teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include handling budgeting, coordinating between different departments, and implementing strategic operations plans to meet organizational goals.

• Mengurus semua dokumen pembelian termasuk:
• Menyediakan Purchase Order (PO).
• Menyemak (cross check ) semua dokumen penghantaran / Delivery Order (DO) dan memastikan ia selaras dengan stok yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem.
• Memasukkan data Good Receive Note (GRN).
• Menyemak semua invois/dokumen berkaitan penghantaran (logistic invoices ).
• Menguruskan fail/dokumen pembekal
• Membuka stock transfer ke/dari gudang pihak ketiga (3rd party warehouse )
• Menyemak invois sewaan gudang
• Membuat follow-up penyata pembekal bulanan
• Memastikan penghantaran dibuat tepat pada masa
• Mengemaskini dan menyelenggara rekod pembelian, stok serta inventori
• Menyediakan laporan pembelian mingguan/bulanan untuk pihak pengurusan (jika perlu)
