About You
You will be contributing to the delivery of the next generation of Dyson technology, so you will need to be:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial, or Process) or with a specialisation in Supply Chain.
- No more than two years of relevant work experience post-graduation (Phd students are not eligible for our graduate programmes).
- Graduating by August 2025
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, either through your university projects or as part of your extra-curricular activities.
- Demonstrate how you have applied your technical knowledge and skills (financial, analytical and numerical skills) to solve problems, either through your university projects or past internship experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience agramend respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and/or other reporting tools will be an advantage.

About the role
- The Supply Chain Manager works under the Plant Manager. He or she is responsible for all activities related to local Supply Chain: Warehouse and Transportation, Production Scheduling, Material Releasing. Inventory Management
- Assure the use of company assets by managing production lot sizes and supplier replenishment
- Assure inventory budget targets of raw and packaging material and finish goods
- Ensure that all raw and packaging material and finish goods inventory is properly engineered and linkage with planning is properly communicated
- Ensure inventory accuracy; work directly with Finance Controller on investigating/balancing material usage variances
- Work directly with Quality Assurance team to minimize block & rework inventories
- Manage reception of all goods at the site
- Manage conformance of shipment with Bill of Lading
- Manage JIT deliveries to production lines
- Coordinate the control and variances of the inventory differences
- Manage MRP recommendations and ensures availability of raw and packaging material
- Assures the processes of the replenishment and return of material related to supplier quality issues
- Responsible to ensure supplier delivery, reliability and quantity compliance; addresses various issues as they occur
- Communicates weekly our future material requirements with suppliers
- Ensures that production scheduling is in line with customer requirements in order to meet the customer demand
- Manages MRP recommendations of finish goods products and ensures that production scheduling optimizes the utilization of the production equipment
- Works closely with Central Planning in resolving with the scheduling department the different issues related to product shortages
- Optimize runtime of production lines to maximize output while servicing orders
Finance
- Knows and understands the financial report related to his or her local activities
- Works with Supply Chain Director on the preparation of the labor and expenses budget
- Explains monthly variances to his or her budget
- Analyzes financial impact of decisions and prioritizes efforts
General
- Leads and participates in operations/site project teams as required
- Develops, tracks and publishes weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators

About you
- At least 10 years in logistic, supply chain and warehousing

Job Responsibilities- The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day customer service role dealing with customers, vendors, and other BDP personnel located in offices/branches worldwide.
- The candidate is also required to perform administrative and documentation functions.
- Continuously improve on the existing business process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure long-term success of the company.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents such as bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice, etc.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution.
- Min. two (2) years of experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping industry.
- Familiarity with HS code, customs, government agencies' rules & regulations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Customer-oriented, mature, and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Possess supervisory skills and be a team player with high integrity and commitment.
- Able to start immediately is an advantage.
