Responsibilities
- Architect End-to-End SAP Solutions: Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance SAP architecture across various modules (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, ABAP, PI/PO, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Project Solution Ownership: Take technical ownership of SAP solution design in delivery projects — from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
- Ensure Overall Quality: Own and ensure the overall quality of the project’s end-to-end solutions for customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of SAP solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and advisory to consultants and developers. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, architectural principles, and coding standards.
- Presales Support (as needed): Assist in technical solutioning, estimation, and proposal preparation for new business opportunities.

Most of the team's work involves pure Python software development focused on enabling true DevOps workflows. We strive for high quality in both design, documentation, tests, and performance as we enhance operations code packages and Ubuntu itself in order to ensure our platform is the easiest, most robust, and best performing for driving your infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Align, Bamboo).
- Define and enforce governance standards for workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
- Architect integrations between Atlassian tools and external systems (CI/CD, monitoring, collaboration platforms, cloud services).
- Optimize tool performance, scalability, and security in line with organizational best practices.
- Provide technical consultation to Business/System Analysts and Project Managers on Atlassian solutions.
- Team Leadership & Delivery Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Atlassian administrators, developers, and support engineers.
- Scope, estimate, and plan work, delegating tasks and ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines.
- Conduct code/configuration reviews, maintaining high quality and compliance with standards.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise in Atlassian technologies and Agile delivery practices.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Agile teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Atlassian solutions align with business objectives.
- Partner with delivery managers and product owners to support Agile transformation and DevOps adoption through Atlassian tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, including regular collaboration with EU-based stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadership and project visibility.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement marketplace apps, custom scripting (e.g., Groovy/ScriptRunner), and automation to enhance workflows.
- Champion best practices in Atlassian usage, Agile project management, and ITSM delivery.
- Stay updated with Atlassian’s product roadmap and industry trends, proactively introducing improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or related technical roles, with a strong background in SaaS, cloud, and enterprise platforms
- 8+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, including consulting, solution architecture, or technical leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
- Deep knowledge of security, compliance, regulatory frameworks relevant to enterprise environments and performance optimization in Atlassian deployments.
- Confluence knowledge base design and governance.
- Bitbucket/Git branching strategy, integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Marketplace apps (e.g., Tempo, Insight/Assets, BigPicture) and custom automation.
- API/REST integration and scripting (Groovy/ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and how Atlassian tools enable them.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, with strong delegation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
