Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer requirements and specifications to ensure all critical details are captured
• Leverage AEM's in-house software libraries and development tools for efficient coding.
• Develop and construct PLC code, C# code, and Vision Technology code following best practices
• Perform comprehensive unit testing and debugging to ensure functionality & reliability.
• Design precision equipment tuning guides and implement interlock and anti-collision logic for enhanced performance and safety.
• Oversee software project lifecycles from inception to completion by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, communication,    customer engagement and upholding rigorous quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
• Execute thorough peer reviews of software products to maintain high code quality and ensure adherence to established best practices.
• Develop comprehensive training materials for tool setup and conduct effective training sessions for Field Service,    Design Quality teams, and customers to ensure consistent and efficient tool operation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or computer science related.
• 4 years of experience in equipment control software design and development using specialized languages (PLC, C#.NET).
• Familiar with Ladder, CoDeSys, TwinCAT or any IEC equivalent programming language.
• Willing to get hands-on during development cycle, independent and flexible, with a passion for engineering excellence.
• Self Starter and effective communicator. Experience in developing TwinCAT and SECS/GEM applications would be an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for developing software code of embedded system based on the functional specification for audio product.
2. Participate in all aspects of product development process including specification definition, design, implementation, testing and maintenance various software design documents.
3. Follow up product trail production, responsible to solve product software problem during production.
4. Participate in software design, new feature's software feasibility study and code review.
5. Perform necessary analysis to identify and resolve software bugs during design and production stage.
6. Design collaboration with international team in state-of-the-art software technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in Software Development.
• Knowledge in embedded development
• Good programming skill such as C, C++ and/ or Python.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Software Engineer to join our automation team. You will be responsible for delivering complete control solutions and robust software architecture, working with Robots, Beckhoff PLCs, Visual C# .NET Core WPF HMIs, and SCADA systems. • Design & Architecture – Develop software architecture, setup and calibration procedures, network load calculations, and related documentation, aligned with customer specifications.
• Project Estimation – Provide accurate man-hour estimates during RFQ stages.
• Development & Integration – Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Beckhoff TwinCAT preferred), HMI/SCADA applications (WPF in C# .NET Core), and robot systems. Integrate third-party devices such as MES, barcode scanners, motion controllers, and vision systems.
• Mentorship & Team Growth – Share knowledge openly, guide junior engineers, and help build team skills and confidence. Encourage best practices, code reviews, and continuous learning.
• Collaboration – Work closely with customers, mechanical design engineers, and project engineers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• On-Site Support – Read and troubleshoot electrical drawings, perform system debugging, and provide commissioning support at customer sites.
• Compliance – Help to maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to all health and safety rules.

Job Requirements :-

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Control, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in automation projects.
• Proficient in PLC structure text programming and SCADA/HMI design (Beckhoff TwinCAT experience highly preferred).
• Strong skills in Visual C# .NET Core WPF for PC-based HMI applications.
• Familiarity with Omron, Allen-Bradley, Python, robot programming, vision systems, and AI/Machine Learning is an advantage.
• Proven team player with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and well organized.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Based on the customer-provided ERS (Engineering Requirement Specification) and customer equipment configuration, evaluate the project testing method (Single Board/Panel Board), fixture type (Half Bank/Full Bank), and feasibility of special testing on the current testing platform.

• DFT analysis

• Conduct testability analysis for the project based on ICT testing requirements prior to the Final Gerber Release, and provide analysis results and recommendations to the client.

• Program Development

• Develop programs based on customer testing requirements, and provide fixture files and special wiring documentation to relevant departments for fixture manufacturing.

• Program Debugging

• Debug the newly developed program at the customer's site and complete BDG DATA testing, Power Sequence waveform testing, Loop Test, and GRR testing to ensure the safety and stability of the testing.

• Test Coverage Analysis Report

• After program debugging is completed, analyze the test procedures to generate the ICT Test Coverage Report, enabling customers to analyze test anomalies and improve test coverage at the backend test stations.

• On-site Support

• Modify and debug programs for products with different configurations based on the Config BOM, analyze on-site test anomalies, and assist customers in completing various DOE tasks.

Job Requirements:-

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in ICT Engineering or related fields
2. Familiar with analog and digital circuit knowledge, and able to analyze electronic circuits proficiently.
3. Familiar with the hardware and software structure and operating principles of the Agilent 3070 (Keysight 3070).
4. Familiar with BT-Basic language and capable of programming test procedures proficiently.
5. Possess over 3 years of experience in the development and debugging of the Agilent 3070 test platform.
6. Capable of independently completing complex project development and debugging, including test library development and debugging of Analog/Digital/Boundary Scan/programming test projects.
7. Capable of independently completing project DFT.
8. Ability to communicate in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Write/ Speak / Listen)
