Leadership and development of the TA Team; Talent Acquisition Partners (Recruiters) and Administrator Collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to develop a robust annual hiring plan and management of the Recruitment budget Drive consistent hiring processes and candidate experiences across the end to end recruiting and onboarding process Evolve the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and Employer Brand to attract the best talent Develop and manage attraction channel strategies such a 3rd party agency, partnerships e.g universities, social media platforms, LinkedIn and employee referrals Establish and utilize a strong external network and recognized industry bodies, in order to build a good understanding of the external market situation and knowledge of the external TA landscape and best practices Drive insights (via market/business/TA community), fully leveraging various TA systems to connect to the bigger picture and drive the strategy Functional performance management through establishing and measuring a key set of KPIs e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc Work in partnership with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to deliver exceptional HR practices to stakeholders Play and active role in the Global TA community including ad hoc project work Tech Stack: Workday (HCM), Haufe (ATS) & Beamery (CRM/TRM) What you need is:

- Ensure timely and accurate updates to regular data reporting and trackers to maintain reliability and support informed decision-making.

Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year’ proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.

In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract top candidates through strategic sourcing, seamless processes, and an exceptional candidate experience. Your Day-to-DayEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Proactive Sourcing: Independently source and engage top talent through various platforms, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the CARSOME brand.
Recruitment Reporting: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
Strong experience in corporate hiring , with a focus on mid- to senior-level positions .
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.
Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.

British American Tobacco DBS KL Hub has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
- Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
- Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
- Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific Middle East, Africa
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including Posting job requisition on SF, running hiring manager briefing call, review all applications, drive Proactive Sourcing, phone & video screening, schedule interviewing steps and support and train on assessment centers, proactively conduct alignment/regular update meetings/calls
- Drive Proactive Sourcing and build talent pipeline to hire for complex positions such as Must Win Capabilities, New Capabilities and Niche roles.
- Proactively apply LinkedIn Talent Insights to support recruitment efforts and share the reports, dashboard, and insights with collaborators at the beginning of the recruitment process. Work closely with Regional Talent Analytics Partner in this regard
- Resolve complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy, or procedures and be the point of contact for complex matters across recruitment
- Identify new sourcing channels and build on Sourcing strategy
- Drive and Contribute to Talent Attraction Strategy
- Drive and improve candidate and line manager satisfaction scores as well as General and Tier 1 KPIs in recruitment
- Proactively handle recruitment technology solutions across multiple modules using the HR procedures and guidance
- Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates and ensuring job roles are maintained, edited and posted to the recruitment system.
- Develops own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPI
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition area.
- Well versed in pro-active sourcing and talent pipelining via various recruitment tools.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet or beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent and proactive business partnering with good time management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Active networker and out-of-the-box approach to solve recruitment challenges and drive improvement initiatives.
- Data driven attitude with the capabilities to perform relevant market research and talent insights.
- Strong organization skills with high ability to coach.
- Ability to drive regional and global projects and initiatives.
