HR Director
will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy aligned with the company’s goals. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across corporate, retail, and operations. Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing for peak seasons and store expansions. Enhance employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in the retail industry. Learning & Development Lead the design and implementation of training and development programs to upskill employees at all levels. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth. Performance Management & Employee Engagement Implement effective performance management frameworks to drive accountability and productivity. Lead employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and organizational commitment. Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans accordingly. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Ensure consistent HR processes and systems across all business units and regions. Lead internal audits, risk management, and employee relations processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 12+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in large-scale, fast-paced
retail or consumer-facing organizations

Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of working experience in recruitment is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR & recruitment are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online recruitment tools (JobStreet, Hiredly, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including full cycle recruitment procedure and payroll
• Handle recruiting process from job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding
• Timesheet calculation and processing payroll using InfoTech payroll system
• Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
• Generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of of EPF, SOCSO and Income tax
• Support other HR functions as assigned (e.g., staff documentation, leave tracking, etc.)
