Dedicated professional with proven skills and experience in full spectrum of human resource function, recruiting, staffing, vendor management, management, and human resources.
Prefer candidates with working experience in construction / development / service industry.
Dependable with proven ability to succeed under pressure, deliver excellence, and establish genuine relationships. A team player with effective interpersonal communication skills and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with assigned clients groups on maximizing human resources in support of business needs.
- Provide end-to-end operational HR support to business/country leaders within a country (there are some branches with some HR staffs to manage and sites across states) .
- Leading recruitment life-cycle (end to end), inclusive but not limited to: hiring manager partnership, agency employee administration, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, interview team participation, and offer letter administration. Conduct employee relations and investigations that produce corrective action recommendations to managers that meet the following standards: based on objective criteria and facts, designed to achieve desired performance / conduct, consistently administered, and legally defensible.
- Employer Branding & Recruiting: Responsible for all the recruiting processes: starting from the job description, recruiting network (database, linkedin, head hunters etc), collection of CV, interviews and feedback until the job offer letter to the candidate and the on boarding.
- Partner with managers to proactively develop recruitment strategies for long-term needs.
- Provide education and counselling to managers regarding interviewing and selection skills.
- Product compensation recommendations to managers that meet the following standards: adheres to band structure, adheres to promotion guidelines, internally equitable, externally competitive, and produced within five business days.
- Comply with applicable employment law and recruiting best practices, including sourcing for a diverse range of candidates.
- Drive or implement HR-Recruitment related projects or programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. These may include, but are not limited to: HR systems, payroll, talent and compensation & benefits platforms.
- Provide prompt and accurate HR reports.
- Provide orientation to new employees as well as appropriate ongoing training and development programs.
- Support and advocate corporate policies and guidelines in US though interactions with business units
- Act as advisory to business units, regarding employment law matters. Interface with HR Manager on policies & guidelines.
- Produce exit interview data on voluntary terminations.

Standard office environment; some travel may be necessary domestically

Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance, insights, and solutions across the HR agenda.
+ Develop and deploy HR programs and processes in alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and local labor laws.
+ Develop regional strategies centered around HR pillars such as talent management and employee connectivity, and drive related initiatives.
+ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Talent Development, Talent Mobilization, Benefits, Diversity and Inclusiveness, and HR Services to support the business on key processes and initiatives throughout the year.
+ Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
+ Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity and inclusion where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
+ Design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
+ Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.
+ Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
+ Collaborate with various teams, including HRBPs, to understand requirements and work with global Centers of Excellence, especially HR services, to deliver HR administrative work.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a matrixed organization.
+ Experience in leading a team
+ Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
+ Experience in employee engagement and value proposition.
+ Experience in recognition and rewards programs.
+ Leadership coaching experience.
+ Stakeholder management skills.

We are representing our client, a premier family-friendly resort in Malaysia renowned for its blend of adventure, leisure, and modern luxury. With a diverse range of attractions from exhilarating waterparks and theme parks to curated dining and exclusive accommodations.
Working Day: 08:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri) 8 hours, 5 days. However, working on Saturday or Sunday may be required during high occupancy periods or events such as the Matta Fair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and promote open, collaborative communication.
- Organize engagement activities to boost morale.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance skills.
- Support professional development and maintain training records.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
- Oversee or assist with the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs and evaluating performance.
- Provide guidance and recognize outstanding performance to encourage continuous improvement.
- Oversee or support the payroll process for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as leave, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Collaborate on forecasting staffing needs and managing employee turnover.
- Ensure the resort maintains high standards in workplace safety and employee wellness.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
- Manage budgets related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven HR experience: Candidates with strong managerial experience are ideal for the HR Manager role. Those with supportive or generalist HR experience are encouraged to apply for the Assistant HR Manager role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
