• Process and reconcile client deposits and withdrawals

The Financial Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial decision-making processes. 3. Maintain daily communication with banks/financial institutions to handle account management matters and follow up on the progress of fund transfer tracking.

4. Assist in preparing financial documents such as (cash flow reports and fund forecasts) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

5. Adhere strictly to the company's financial policies, internal control requirements, and relevant laws and regulations in the Malaysian and international financial fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in finance/cashier roles, familiar with international fund operations.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required).
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate effectively in bilingual work environments.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

1. Identify and collect relevant financial data from all applicable business units, processes, and projects
