This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Operations Analyst. The position is located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Financial Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial decision-making processes. A) Position Responsibilities
Handle daily fund management and cashier operations, including fund receipts/disbursements, bank reconciliations, cash flow recording, etc.
Execute international fund operations (e.g., foreign currency transfers, receipts, exchanges) in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain daily communication with banks/financial institutions to handle account management matters and follow up on the progress of fund transfer tracking.
Assist in preparing financial documents such as (cash flow reports and fund forecasts) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Adhere strictly to the company's financial policies, internal control requirements, and relevant laws and regulations in the Malaysian and international financial fields.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in finance/cashier roles, familiar with international fund operations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required).
