- Data entry is captured in the core system.
- Ensure agreement to underwriting terms.
- Accountable for the entry captured in the system.
- Responsible for daily operation administration tasks.
- Understand system, procedure, and process control, such as segregation of duty.
- Hands-on and able to communicate with peers.
- Timeliness of clearance of accounts.
- The accounts handler is required to handle queries promptly.
- No backlog and clearance of long outstanding items/recon items.
- Assist, prepare, compile and filing information/ email related to the Technical Accounting.
- Timely communicate with and update the team member and superiors when encounter any unusual and/or material transaction.

-Maintain consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with the Company's attendance and timekeeping policies to ensure workflow efficiency and reliability.

-Prepare and submit weekly updates on Creditor and Debtor Ledger Balances, highlighting aging reports and identifying overdue invoices for escalation.
-Organize, digitize, and file financial documents, including receipts, vouchers, invoices, and reports, ensuring confidentiality and ease of retrieval during audits or reviews.
-Handle day-to-day financial correspondence, communications, and general administrative support relating to finance and accounting functions.
-Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards when preparing or examining financial documents.
-Support finance team in accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations during reporting periods to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
-Assist auditors by providing required documentation, clarifying transactions, and addressing audit queries related to receivables and payables.
-Regularly update and maintain accurate records for client and supplier profiles in the accounting system to ensure proper transaction tracking and credit control.
