- The section to handle is: Middle of Line/OSA assembly which includes optical alignment processes and passive attach of optical components.
- Responsible for making sure process yield target and UPH target are met and are in control.
- Manages current product ramp up, making sure processes are ready, qualified and documented and in control.
- Manages new product transfer, making sure process are ready, qualified and documented.
- Conduct DFM, FMEA.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical) or its equivalents with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in electronics/semicon manufacturing specifically on process engineering.
- Experience in optical alignment/ optical sub assembly is highly preferred.
- Leadership capabilities to manage a team of > 15 Engineers and >15 technicians.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving.
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
- Expert in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM.

- To trace, isolate and rectify in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, by – laws and / or in compliances with good engineering practice all electrical tripping.
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all plant and electrical rooms.
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Possession of a valid Chargeman BO certificate from Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia).
