- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Economics and/or related disciplines. Additional qualifications in financial planning or investment analysis are advantageous.
- Solid experience in outbound sales, client relations or a similar role within the stockbroking/finance services company or outbound call center is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Exposure and possessing of product knowledge on capital market and investment-related field will be an advantage.

Moomoo MY Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Overview The Client Relations Specialist will engage with clients primarily in the USA stock and options market, supporting relationship management, sales development, product customization, market analysis, and reporting activities. The role requires collaborative work with internal teams to meet KPI targets and deliver tailored financial services solutions. Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, foster trust and loyalty through regular communication and meetings, and provide personalized support. Initiate and lead phone interactions with USA clients to introduce services, assess needs, and tailor solutions to their investment objectives. Sales & Business Development: Implement strategies to increase sales on deposits, stock trading & investment, and option trading by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and referral channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI and revenue targets through marketing campaigns. Product and Service Customization: Gather client feedback and analyze market trends to identify opportunities to promote new features or improvements; work with product development to design tailored solutions for USA stock and options markets, and occasionally other markets (HK, China, Singapore). Market Analysis and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and US stock market developments; provide informed advice to help clients make well-informed investment decisions. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, document communications, and prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines. Additional qualifications in financial planning or investment analysis are advantageous. Solid experience in outbound telesales, client relations, or a similar role within the stockbroking/finance services sector or related industries; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Exposure to and knowledge of capital markets and the US stock market is advantageous. Must have US financial licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63) or willingness to obtain them before starting to educate clients on option trading. 5 working days per week, with additional night shifts (5am–12pm) following US time zones during weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis. Language proficiency in English and Chinese; Cantonese conversational skills are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy; independent, self-motivated, quick learner, and strong team orientation with result-driven focus. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; willingness to work on weekends occasionally and strive to hit KPI targets. Benefits
