- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to establish business development goals and strategies. Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.

Job Description- Develop relationship and networking with SMEs clients.
- Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs client on the company profile.
- Engage with SME’s customers via phone in promoting banking and SMEs related products.
- Ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved.
- Active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
- Foster positive relationships with team members within the team and department.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-discipline and team player with integrity.
- 2 - 3 years in the sales industry, preferably in a Telemarketing environment is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
