As an AI Specialist, you will be developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our financial products and services. You will work on a variety of AI and machine learning projects with the aim of improving user experiences, optimizing operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms for various financial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify opportunities for AI integration, and provide data-driven insights.
- Implement Generative AI, predictive AI, data analytics, and other AI techniques to develop advanced financial tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning trends and technologies and assess their potential applications in the Fintech industry.
- Optimize AI models for accuracy performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including model architecture, data pipelines, and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide guidance on best practices for AI development.
- Be part of building up MLOps ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Having final year project or any working experience related to AI would be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements

wealth or private banking sales & customer 360 analytics fraud-compliance-risk analytics operational productivity & capacity analytics human resource analytics or various advanced analytical frameworks for SME / commercial banking transaction banking, payments, etc.
Insurance Domain within Bancassurance, Life, General Insurance domain such as agency sales & distribution, customer acquisition & servicing analytics, claims processing, fraud, etc.
It would be nice should you have:
Good foundation in programming language i.e (at least one) R, Python, Scala Certification with relevant to Cloud / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence. Regional Financial Services Experience, across SEA Strong client relationship skills, including an ability to independently engage with clients.
