We are seeking a motivated and disciplined IT Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our IT Department. In this role, you will: Key Responsibilities:
Provide
technical support
and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network issues. Perform
maintenance and upkeep
of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment. Assist in
setting up and configuring
workstations, printers, and other IT devices. Support users with
password resets, software installations, and system updates . Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and service requests. Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure
security and efficiency . You might thrive in this role if you have: Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
computer hardware, software, and networking . Willingness to
learn quickly
and adapt to new technologies. Strong
problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
with a proactive attitude. Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users. Fresh graduates with IT-related certifications/diplomas are encouraged to apply.
