We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for GT Channels to deliver sustainable channel growth.

A day in the life of a Field Sales Executive

• Ensures LTP Field Sales Team sells according to Nestlé Must Have List to General Trade customers to meet sales target and market share objectives.
• Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer intimacy.
• Review Retailer Loyalty Scheme presentation and managing contract signing with key outlets on annual basis with top 10 customers on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure and monitor full compliance of channel must-have-list by LTP Field Sales
• Ensure and monitor timely implementation of KMA & promotional activities by LTP Field Sales
• Ensure and monitor implementation of planograms in per Nestlé's Merchandising Guidelines by LTP Field Sales.
• Ensuring and monitoring of customer database maintenance on a regular basis
• Ensuring and monitoring of compliance of asset utilization (Chillers).
• Leading Field Sales team and ensuring Operation Best Practices.
• Conducting WIES audit based on set target and use the audit result to coach field sales team.
• Gather insights & information market intelligence.
• New outlet penetration - to analyze the info given by Geo-Mapping Project and to ensure outlet coverage from Geo-Mapping findings.

What will make you successful

• Minimum diploma in any related discipline, ( SPM qualification for sales reps with min 5 years experience ).
• 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people.
• Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
• Had experience in managing Field Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
• Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
• Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adherence to the company’s safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).
• Assist in liaising with the Contract & Claims Unit on matters related to claims and payment processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials to meet production targets and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate daily and weekly production planning meetings with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control).
• Adjust production plans promptly in response to delays, equipment breakdowns, or changes in customer orders.
• Track and report production performance metrics (output, efficiency, downtime, waste).
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment; experience in paper or packaging industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes in production priorities.
• The ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin is required to support communication with our China-based management and suppliers
