UEM Edgenta Berhad seeks a Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee to support maintenance and contract management in Yong Peng, Johor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
• Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
• Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adherence to the company’s safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).
• Assist in liaising with the Contract & Claims Unit on matters related to claims and payment processes.

Job Summary:

The QAQC Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's ISO management systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and monitor all the quality assurance programmed to ensure that all quality systems, process and procedures are adhered to respective standards of ISO.
• Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the ISO management systems. Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Review systematically and documented on necessary process and / or product requirement according to QMS practice for standardization of process product.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation related to the ISO management systems. Ensure that all policies, procedures, and records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Liaise with all department on quality procedure, working instruction and forms.
• Monitoring on disposal of WIP, finished goods, packaging material and compilation of documents.
• Issue CAR for non-conformance of packaging material of finished goods, if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
