• Menyediakan dan memasak mengikut resipi dan SOP yang ditetapkan
• Memeriksa bahan mentah terdahulu sebelum memasak jika ada kerosakan atau melebihi tarikh luput, laporkan kepada pengurus kedai.
• Mematuhi SOP pengendalian makanan dengan menggunakan sarung tangan, penutup kepala dan apron semasa memasak.
