Job Description- Provide administrative duties and clerical support.
- Assist the project team in preparing inspections and handle related paperwork.
- Monitor worker attendance.
- Prepare quotations, tender documentation, and submissions.
- Obtain, organize, and maintain construction documents.
- Type, compile, and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and reviewed periodically.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Maintain project records, update databases, and generate reports.
- Liaise with HR in head office or other departments on administrative matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and communication skills.
