Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
2. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment, including pumps, motors, compressors, boilers, and instrumentation.
3. Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls.
4. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and predictive maintenance to improve equipment performance.
5. Monitor maintenance data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Manage maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
7. Oversee contractor and vendor management, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
8. Enforce workplace SSHE standards and conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
9. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and execution.
10. Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in biodiesel, oleochemical, petrochemical, or refinery plants.
• Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, RCA, and FMEA.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS software (SAP).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Willing to work in Port Dickson and travel when required.

• Act as the Backup Operational Risk Coordinator for implementation of Operational Risk Management and Methodologies for the BC.
• Champion Operational Risk Management (ORM) activities in the Business Unit.
• Liaise with Group Operational Risk Management (GORM) on ORM activities.
• Responsible for reporting all operational defects (Actual Losses, Potential Losses, and Near Miss Events including Shariah Non-Compliance events) via Loss Event Database (LED) in a timely manner.
• Utilize Operational Risk tools such as RCSA, KCS, KRI, and ScAN in managing risk exposure.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by immediate superior as required.
• Act as the Backup BCP/DRP Coordinator for Business Contingency Planning for the Business Centre.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or similar discipline.
• Experience in marketing and credit processing.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Overall knowledge of Bank’s Credit, Operations, and Products.
• Keep abreast of SME issues, policies, and trends in the country.

• Perform lab tests required to maintain quality of process streams, finished products, and discharged wastes
• Ensure all data are accurate and details of all tests are recorded and retained
• Compare test results against targets, norms, and/or specifications and liaise with the appropriate personnel accordingly
• Prepare and standardize all necessary reagents in accordance with specified methods
• Prepare quality reports and maintain records of all test results
• Prepare summary reports on non-routine samples, test cross-check programs and report on minor technical experiments to troubleshoot plant problems
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure they are in good and accurate operating condition
• Maintain equipment/test under statistical control through SQC (Statistical Quality Control Systems for Historical Data)
• Maintain lab inventory and lab procurement system
• Observe safety rules and good housekeeping practices; conduct safety talk

• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in Laboratory related work

To assist and arrange shipping operations with day-to-day activities as per operational requirements to ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with operation supervisors and trainees for timely and smooth arrangements.

Main work location: Port Dickson.

Also supports: Melaka & Port Klang.

Responsibilities include:

1. Vessel clearance (arrival & departure) - Timely.
2. Coordinating with Operation Supervisors/Trainees for vessel clearance arrangements.
3. Documentation management.
4. Following shipping processes and guidance from superiors to prepare and process documentation accurately and timely.
5. Reporting daily activities and reports to clients and superiors.
6. Utilizing GAC Agents/GACship and client systems like Da-Desk, Diabos, etc.
7. Updating and collecting port information regularly.
8. Being contactable at all times and available as required.
9. Performing additional tasks as directed by the manager, HOD, or management team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local Marine, Immigration, & Customs Regulations.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).
