Responsible for all store activities involved in maintaining and effective tool and equipment such as, issuing, receiving, and general housekeeping duties for all tools.

Maintain and update records of tool room equipment, tools and kits.

Dealing with other departments such as Issue tools, kits and equipment to the concerned departments.

Ensure return of issued tools, kits and equipment back to the tool room after use.

Check for damages or unusable condition of tools, equipment and kits.

Organize tools and equipment on shelves and racks for easy access.

Perform inventory control, cycle counts and stock takes.

Ensure optimisation of the storage areas and smoothness of materials movement.

Demonstrate standards of work practices in compliance with safety and environment requirements.

Perform any other job assigned from the superior from time to time when required.

Requirements:

At least 1 years of related working experience.

Preferably past working background in logistics, warehouse, local transportation or heavy industries.

Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Familiar with ERP system is an added advantage.

Good in computer literacy skills and familiar with Ms Office.

Friendly, good working discipline, hard-work and independent.

Able to start work within minimum notice
