Purpose of Job: To support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in ensuring efficient, compliant, and accurate warehouse operations (ambient, cold room, and DG storage) aligned with GDPMD, ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards. The role ensures smooth inbound, storage, order fulfilment, and outbound activities to achieve high inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and continuous improvement in warehouse performance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, outbound, and returns.
  • Monitor warehouse team performance and allocate manpower effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPMD, ISO, and safety requirements in handling medical devices and equipment.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams for seamless supply chain flow.
  • Support implementation of warehouse KPIs (accuracy, productivity, on-time delivery, safety).
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, layout, and system usage (SAP/WMS).
  • Act as deputy to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager when required.
Authority
  • Approve day-to-day warehouse operational decisions within agreed SOPs and approval matrix.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Enforce safety, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure warehouse staff adherence to SOP or company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory/assistant manager role.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
