Job Description Workshop Supervisor – Job Scope Project / Work Orders- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the team of technicians and fitters.
- Organize workshop and prepare project items for execution of work orders to meet a minimum output target of 90% each month based on workshop factory fitting assembly work orders planning.
- Communicate and liaise closely with Customer Service Team for the timely execution and completion of work orders before the ship date.
- Update Sales CS Team if any issues arise that could impact order completion or shipping dates.
- Ensure fitting tools and consumables are recorded, inventory is maintained, and items are kept in good condition.
- Apply and practice all activities in the workshop in compliance with HSE standards as specified by the Group safety policy or local safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure safety compliance during work/testing in the workshop.
