Role Overview
The Workday Senior Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. This role ensures data accuracy, system interoperability, and supports HR, Finance, and IT teams in optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect
- Develop custom reports, data extracts, and transformation logic using XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Utilize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and APIs for real-time data exchange
- System Optimization
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity
- Stay current with Workday releases and assess impact on existing integrations
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration architecture and data flows
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations, including Workday Studio and EIB
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance business processes
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware platforms
- Workday Integration certification preferred

Key Responsibilities
define and lead the overall testing strategy for Workday implementation and related integrations.
Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across test phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression).
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure test scenarios and cases are created and reviewed appropriately.
Support client teams during test execution by providing clear guidance, tracking progress, and managing expectations.
Lead the defect triage process, including issue tracking, prioritization, assignment, and resolution follow-up.
Communicate testing status, risks, and metrics to project leadership and stakeholders regularly.
Ensure all testing activities align with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
Contribute to process improvement and documentation around testing standards and practices.
Required Qualifications:
relevant years of experience in testing or test management roles for ERP, HCM, or enterprise technology programs.
Strong understanding of testing processes and test lifecycle management.
Proven experience managing cross-functional testing involving business, technical, and vendor/client teams.
Experience with test tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with HCM, Finance, or Procurement business processes is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in high-paced project environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
- Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
- Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
- Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals
- Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes
