We are looking for a dynamic Workday HCM Transformation Lead to drive solution excellence, governance and adoption for our global Workday HCM platform. This position is based in Malaysia under a hybrid working arrangement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday-enabled HR initiatives, from solution design to implementation and user adoption.
- Serve as the Workday HCM subject matter expert across multiple modules, championing innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Technology, Finance and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful Workday solutions.
- Establish change control, governance frameworks and KPI dashboards to ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Drive user enablement programmes to ensure stakeholders are trained and empowered to maximise Workday capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in HR Transformation / HR Technology, with at least 5 years in Workday HCM leadership or solution architecture roles.
- Excellent programme management, analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience designing governance, KPIs and adoption strategies for HRIS solutions.
- Effective communicator with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Good understanding of Cloud HCM / Workday implementation approach, phases, activities and deliverables
- Experience in leading process design/ blueprinting workshops with key client stakeholders, compiling functional design documents and doing system configuration
- Hands-on experience in functional configuration in one or more module of Workday
- Good understanding of HRIS data model, security configuration and reporting
- Strong understanding of relationship between Core HCM andother HR modules
- Ability to manage communications with key stakeholders and guide a client through decision making

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HCM Functional Lead to join our team. This hybrid role requires both leadership and hands on functional expertise in configuration, implementation and optimization of Workday’s Core HCM modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Core HCM functionalities to enhance employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, and workforce administration. We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HCM Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Core HCM module, with experience in requirements gathering, configuration support, data analysis and system testing. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultants, data and integration teams to support Core HCM functionalities that enhance employee lifecycle management, workforce administration and organizational structure management.
