REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience in sport items, bringing valuable insights to the role.
  • At least a Diploma or its equivalent preferably in Sales & Marketing
  • Effective time management and consistent attention to detail
  • Prior experience in handling direct sales force will be added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.

About the role

Job Scope

Logistics plays a critical role in the daily operations of the We are looking for a detail- oriented and proactive to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations of our company. The ideal candidate will manage the movement of goods, ensure timely deliveries, optimize transportation and maintain communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Attention to Detail : Ability to manage complex information with accuracy and spot discrepancies in shipments, documents, or inventory records.

Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth operations.

Adaptability: Responds well to changing logistics demands, peak volumes, and unplanned challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle shipping documentation: such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork for domestic deliveries.

3. delivery performance, transportation cost, and order accuracy to support data-driven decisions.

4. Ensure all outbound shipments are verified, documented, and dispatched with proper transport coordination.

Job Summary: Manage day-to-day relationship with Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients for Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) matters. In 2018, Lapasar started as a B2B platform in the corporate segment. Our clients, such as Telekom Malaysia, PETRONAS, or Tenaga Nasional Berhad buy items for their daily operational needs (e.g., laptops, projectors, office furniture, etc.) from our platform. In 2020, the B2B platform was extended to serve Mom and Pop stores, whereby shops order their supplies (e.g., Milo, Nescafe, Red Bull, etc.) via our app/platform. Today, the FMCG Wholesale Segment is the key pillar of Lapasar's business and growth. We aim to onboard 100,000+ mom-and-pop stores and restaurants across Malaysia onto our mobile app and make their daily ordering of stocks as easy and simple as Shopee or Lazada has made the experience in the consumer e-commerce space.

Role Summary

Logistics plays a critical role in the daily operations of the We are looking for a detail- oriented and proactive to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations of our company. The ideal candidate will manage the movement of goods, ensure timely deliveries, optimize transportation and maintain communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

    Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain orderly warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle shipping documentation: such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork for domestic deliveries.

  2. Coordinate with vendors and transporters for delivery schedules and discrepancies.

  3. delivery performance, transportation cost, and order accuracy to support data-driven decisions.

  4. Ensure all outbound shipments are verified, documented, and dispatched with proper transport coordination.

  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in optimizing logistics procedures to reduce delays, errors, and costs.

  6. Manage vendor and transporter relationships, including negotiation of rates, evaluation of service performance, and contract compliance.

  7. Assist in budgeting and cost control related to logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics services.

Other responsibilities:

  1. Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

  2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding operational challenges and improvements.

  3. To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by the employer or any other person by or under OSHA 1994 or any regulation made there under (section 24: General duties of employees at work, OSHA 1994).

  4. Responsible for taking care of company assets and ensuring all are in a good condition.

  5. Strictly adhere to the Company Handbook and memo issued by Human Resources (HR).

  6. Any additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in daily Logistic operations
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Strong working knowledge of Logistic operations and management.

Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm

Saturday : Half Day

Lunch Hour : 1 hour

The Day-To-Day Activities
To support the Wholesale Business Unit by bridging the gap between commercial requirements and technical implementation. This role is responsible for preparing and managing business documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of wholesale products and partner solutions. The position plays a key role in supporting MVNOs, access seekers, and internal stakeholders in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of wholesale services

  • Business Documentation and Requirements Management
  • Develop and maintain Business Requisition Forms (BRF) detailing product or partner requirements.
  • Document wholesale product specifications, service descriptions, user journeys, and operational flows.
  • Translate the requirements and customer journey into clear, structured inputs for ISD/Billing and Network teams.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Act as liaison between Wholesale, ISD/Billing, Network, Finance and other relevant teams to facilitate timely delivery of solutions.
  • Drive alignment between business needs and technical implementation plans.
  • Track and manage end-to-end delivery milestones for new products or services, enhancements, or partner onboarding.
  • Partner Support
  • Serve as operational point of contact for MVNOs and wholesale partners.
  • Assist with onboarding, facilitate service configuration, documentation, and resolution of issues raised by partners.
  • Monitor change requests and enhancement requirements from partners and ensure internal follow-up.
  • Process Review and Improvement
  • Review and recommend improvements to business processes across Wholesale, ISD/Billing and Network functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management.
  • Certifications in product/project management, telecom technologies are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in any of the following field:
  • Telecommunications (wholesale, Enterprise, MVNO segment)
  • IT/System delivery or project coordination
  • Business analyst/Operations support
  • Preferred experience includes:
  • Involvement in Wholesale/MVNO onboarding
  • Exposure to OSS/BSS systems/platforms
  • Experience in handling cross-functional stakeholder coordination
  • Skills
  • o Strong analytical and business documentation skills.
  • o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to interface with technical and commercial teams.
  • o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • o Process-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • o Familiar with project management principles (Agile/Scrum is an advantage).
