We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Wholesale Manager in Malaysia, reporting to the Head of Sales. The Wholesale Manager is critical in driving MHDM’s business growth by strategically managing and enabling wholesaler partnerships across Malaysia. As the key link in the 3-tier distribution model, this role ensures consistent execution of pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies while optimizing coverage in key and emerging markets. By aligning cross-functional efforts, designing impactful incentives, and leveraging data insights, the Wholesaler Manager directly fuels sell-in performance and secures long-term commercial success in both established and developing trade territories.

Job responsabilitiesHow you will contribute…
To drive effective sell-in performance by strategically aligning, enabling, and managing MHDM’s wholesaler partnerships across Malaysia, ensuring consistent distribution of luxury wine & spirits. This is achieved through data-driven insights, incentive program design, and cross-functional coordination with commercial teams and customer marketing.
1) Strategic Wholesaler Management & Sell-In Enablement:
- Serve as the direct link to wholesalers, aligning distribution targets, pricing, and promotions across Malaysia (North, South, Central, East).
- Plan and manage distribution targets, pricing, and stock allocations.
- Build & execute Key Trade Agreements for wholesalers––setting expectations, review cadence, performance KPIs.
- Ensure wholesalers deliver on agreed call frequency, inventory levels, and POS standards.
- Support and execute aligned trade programs & incentives to support the sales team’s sell-through velocity in the market.
- Expand tactical footprint, especially within 2nd tier cities and Chinese independent retail nationwide.
- Co-create incentive programs, channel-specific pricing, and promotional support––critical in penetrating and covering key trade market areas and smaller key cities across Malaysia.
3) Performance & Analytics:
- Collect depletions, sell-through rates, inventory data, competitor intel, and activations - backing decisions with evidence via winchannel and Qliksense while supported by Sales Planning.
- Analyze performance metrics—depletions, distribution coverage, ROI—and act on insights.
- Monitor competitor activity, compliance, and market conditions.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance:
- Coordinate with brand marketing (for brand health), customer marketing (for activation design), and commercial sales (sell-through), ensuring holistic support for wholesalers to trade.
- Collaborate across brand/customer/commercial teams to integrate marketing and channel initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory and operational compliance.

Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen robust relationships with key wholesale partners across Malaysia, ensuring consistent execution of pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.

- Identify and onboard new wholesale partners to expand market reach and revenue.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity (depletions, sell-through rates, inventory, ROI) to inform strategic decision-making, forecasting, and identify new business opportunities.
- Co-create and execute impactful incentive programs and channel-specific pricing/promotional support to accelerate sell-through velocity in the market.
- Oversee the entire wholesale process, from order management to inventory control, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain regulatory and operational compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of distribution channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management, negotiation, and analytical reporting.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-territory channel strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of building rapport with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently across Malaysia to build and nurture relationships, as per business requirements.

Job Summary
Lead and oversee the sales and management of wholesale accounts, focusing on bandwidth services and MVNO partnerships. Responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts across these two critical areas. The Day-To-Day Activities
- Wholesale & MVNO Account Strategy:
- Develop and execute the sales and account management strategy for both wholesale services i.e. bandwidth, network infrastructure, bespoke connectivity services and MVNO partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within both the wholesale and MVNO markets and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with key wholesale clients and MVNO partners to maximize account growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the account management team to meet and exceed sales targets for both wholesale and MVNO services.
- Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance targets for the team, and provide guidance and support to ensure those goals are met.
- Monitor and track account performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Account Relationship Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues for both wholesale and MVNO clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they receive personalized, high-touch service.
- Contract Negotiation & Renewal Management:
- Lead the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing for both wholesale and MVNO agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulations.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings.
- Collaboration with Product & Pricing:
- Work closely with the Head of Product & Pricing to ensure that the account management team is equipped with the latest product offerings, pricing models, and market insights.
- Ensure that the account management team is well-versed in product updates and able to communicate the value proposition of wholesale and MVNO services to customers.
- Team Management and Development:
- Manage a team of account managers, ensuring that they have the resources, support, and training necessary to be successful.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them advance in their roles and contribute to the success of the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Heads of Product & Pricing, Wholesale Operations, Pre-Sales, and Business Planning to ensure smooth execution of contracts and successful delivery of services.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Develop and present regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and customer satisfaction to senior leadership.
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to ensure alignment with business planning and financial goals.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance or Telecommunications. Postgraduate qualifications (MBA or similar) are advantageous.
- Sales or key account management certifications, courses, trainings are a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience in B2B telecom sales, including wholesale and/or MVNO segments.
- Strong track record in developing and closing large-scale telecom or enterprise deals.
- Proven experience leading a high-performing sales and account management team.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and commercial strategy skills.
- Deep understanding of telecom commercial models, sales cycles, and revenue forecasting.
- Familiarity with telecom technology, platforms, systems and performance tracking tools.
- Customer-centric with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Job Summary
Responsible for leading the development, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management of the company’s wholesale product portfolio, encompassing both 5G and MVNO offerings. This includes but not limited to large-scale bandwidth, private networks, in-building coverage, bespoke services, and the full suite of MVNO solutions. - Design and develop new product offerings tailored to both wholesale clients and MVNOs, ensuring they meet the market needs and align with overall company strategy.
- Collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to define product roadmaps and innovations for both 5G wholesale and MVNO business models.
- Pricing Strategy and Execution:
- Define andexecute the pricing strategy for all wholesale services, including 5G services,MVNO offerings, and bespoke solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatorystandards, market dynamics, and company objectives.
- Developpricing models for MVNOs, including wholesale pricing, reselling agreements,and bespoke offerings for MVNO clients.
- Regularlyreview and adjust pricing strategies in response to market conditions,regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:
- Continuouslymonitor the telecom industry, MVNO landscape, and emerging 5G technologies toidentify market trends, new business opportunities, and threats.
- Analyzecompetitor pricing and product offerings to ensure that the company’s portfolioremains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaboration with Sales and Account Management:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Account Management to support the commercialization of wholesale and MVNO products, ensuring the sales teams are equipped with the necessary product training, pricing tools, and market insights.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team in terms of pricing guidance, product enhancements, and proposal development for both wholesale and MVNO clients.
- Product Performance and Profitability:
- Monitor the performance of wholesale and MVNO products, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that products are meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead efforts to optimize and enhance products based on customer feedback, performance data, and competitive positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the technology and operations teams to ensure product offerings are technically feasible, scalable, and supportable.

Responsible for leading the development, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management of the company’s wholesale product portfolio, encompassing both 5G and MVNO offerings. This includes but not limited to large-scale bandwidth, private networks, in-building coverage, bespoke services, and the full suite of MVNO solutions. Responsible to work closely with Sales, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful commercialization of products that meet market needs and align with both regulatory requirements and customer demands.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Account Management to support the commercialization of wholesale and MVNO products, ensuring the sales teams are equipped with the necessary product training, pricing tools, and market insights.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team in terms of pricing guidance, product enhancements, and proposal development for both wholesale and MVNO clients.
- Product Performance and Profitability:
- Monitor the performance of wholesale and MVNO products, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that products are meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead efforts to optimize and enhance products based on customer feedback, performance data, and competitive positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the technology and operations teams to ensure product offerings are technically feasible, scalable, and supportable.

Manage and grow relationships with key wholesale clients and MVNO partners to maximize account growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the account management team to meet and exceed sales targets for both wholesale and MVNO services. Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance targets for the team, and provide guidance and support to ensure those goals are met. Monitor and track account performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to ensure success. Account Relationship Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues for both wholesale and MVNO clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at customer organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they receive personalized, high-touch service. Contract Negotiation & Renewal Management: Lead the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing for both wholesale and MVNO agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulations. Manage contract renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings. Collaboration with Product & Pricing: Work closely with the Head of Product & Pricing to ensure that the account management team is equipped with the latest product offerings, pricing models, and market insights. Ensure that the account management team is well-versed in product updates and able to communicate the value proposition of wholesale and MVNO services to customers. Team Management and Development: Manage a team of account managers, ensuring that they have the resources, support, and training necessary to be successful. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them advance in their roles and contribute to the success of the business. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Heads of Product & Pricing, Wholesale Operations, Pre-Sales, and Business Planning to ensure smooth execution of contracts and successful delivery of services. Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and present regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and customer satisfaction to senior leadership. About You

As an Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Wholesale KYC Operations - Production team, you ensure compliance with procedures and practices set by the CIB KYC policy team by adhering to KYC and due diligence activities. You are responsible for conducting reviews of clients' KYC documentation stored in internal repositories and publicly available information, performing necessary screenings against relevant search engines and sanction lists, and communicating any deficiencies back to the business. You will work closely with the Middle Office team to ensure KYC due diligence activities are completed on time.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Middle Office on client onboarding/sales for required documents and sign-off
- Review client’s KYC documentation in accordance with the firm's AML/KYC policies and procedures on a timely basis
- Validate the accuracy of data in KYC platforms and ensure the completeness of the document package
- Complete onboarding efforts and projects to clean up data and documentation, coordinating with other areas as needed (Client Onboarding, Compliance, Sales, Client Service).
- Act as an Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Due Diligence expert to guide the Middle Office through KYC requirements and variations of documents that may fulfill due diligence requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis on the ownership structure of the client using publicly available sources (not limited to company registries) or client documentation, and seek additional confirmation or approvals as required
- Work closely with the Middle Office to obtain all necessary supporting evidence for full KYC due diligence
- Manage personal workload and priority items, ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
- Stay informed of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory changes, and ensure open verbal dialogue with colleagues across the region
- Identify and execute process improvements, providing guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
- At least 3 years of experience (Audit, Control, Risk, AML, and Research may also be areas of experience)
- Strong working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML procedures, standards, and regulations
- Knowledge of multiple client types (e.g., Corporates, SPV, Trust, FIs)
- Experience in client Due Diligence, risk assessment, and vetting of PEP & negative news
- Knowledge of financial industry with in-depth expertise in various lines of business (Corporate Investment Bank and heritage lines of business)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Quality client focus with a strong controls mindset and customer service skills
- Prior experience adhering to controls and compliance standards

Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and validate technical solutions for enterprise and wholesale clients across mobile (e.g. 5G, LTE), fixed, cloud, edge, IoT, and security domains.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, cost-effective solution architectures.
- Ensure solutions align with internal product capabilities and roadmaps.
2. Pre-Sales & Bid Support
- Support commercial teams in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.
3. Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to key enterprise and wholesale customers, building long-term relationships.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer needs and define solution strategies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Delivery) to ensure end-to-end alignment on solution strategy and execution.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and ecosystem partners to integrate best-in-class components into customer solutions.
5. Project Handover & Support
- Provide technical handover to delivery and operations teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Support post-sales activities where deep solution knowledge is required.
6. Technology Leadership & Innovation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and support to product team and customers
- Contribute to the development of new solution offerings and use cases tailored to industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, healthcare).
About You
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
2. Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in telecommunications industry
- Proven track record in network planning, optimization and solution design, particularly in 4G and 5G technologies
- Hands on experience with 3GPP specifications, cost modeling, scenario analysis, and network architecture evaluation
3. Competencies:
1. Technical Expertise
• Network Technologies: In-depth understanding of mobile (4G/5G), fixed-line, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, private networks, and network slicing.
• Cloud & Edge Computing: Familiarity with public/private cloud architectures, edge computing, and virtualization (e.g., NFV, containers).
• IoT & Industry Solutions: Knowledge of IoT protocols, platforms, and vertical use cases (e.g., smart manufacturing, logistics, utilities).
• Security: Understanding of enterprise security frameworks (firewalls, encryption, Zero Trust) and compliance requirements.
• Integration & APIs: Experience with system integration, APIs, and OSS/BSS interoperability.
2. Solution Architecture & Design
• Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored, scalable technical solutions.
• Proficiency in creating solution blueprints, BoMs, and technical documentation.
• Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with high level management and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and gain trust through consultative and value-based selling.
• Experience in leading technical workshops and customer discovery sessions.
4. Business Acumen
• Understanding of enterprise customer priorities, digital transformation drivers, and industry-specific challenges.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and commercial models (e.g., SLA, TCO, ROI).
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Skilled in working across multi-disciplinary teams including sales, product, engineering, and delivery.
• Experience managing inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders to co-create complex solutions.
6. Bid Management & Documentation
• Proficiency in supporting RFP/RFI processes and developing high-quality bid responses.
• Ability to produce compelling technical content, including solution descriptions, service definitions, and SoWs.
7. Adaptability & Continuous Learning
• Agility to adapt to evolving technology trends and customer needs.
• Willingness to continuously learn and acquire new technical certifications or domain knowledge.
