The Day-To-Day Activities
To support the Wholesale Business Unit by bridging the gap between commercial requirements and technical implementation. This role involves preparing and managing business documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of wholesale products and partner solutions. The position supports MVNOs, access seekers, and internal stakeholders in developing, delivering, and improving wholesale services.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Business Requisition Forms (BRF) detailing product or partner requirements.
- Documenting wholesale product specifications, service descriptions, user journeys, and operational flows.
- Translating requirements and customer journeys into clear inputs for ISD/Billing and Network teams.
Additional responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Wholesale, ISD/Billing, Network, Finance, and other teams to facilitate solutions.
- Drive alignment between business needs and technical plans.
- Track and manage delivery milestones for new products, services, or partner onboarding.
Partner Support
- Serve as operational contact for MVNOs and partners.
- Assist with onboarding, service configuration, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor change requests and follow-up on enhancements.
Process Review and Improvement
- Review and suggest improvements to business processes.
- Identify gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management.
- Certifications in product/project management or telecom technologies are a plus.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in telecommunications (wholesale, enterprise, MVNO), IT/System delivery, or business analysis/support.
- Preferred experience in Wholesale/MVNO onboarding, OSS/BSS systems, and stakeholder coordination.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Process-oriented with ownership and follow-through.
- Knowledge of project management principles (Agile/Scrum is a plus).

The position plays a key role in supporting MVNOs, access seekers, and internal stakeholders in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of wholesale services
- Business Documentation and Requirements Management
- Develop and maintain Business Requisition Forms (BRF) detailing product or partner requirements.
- Document wholesale product specifications, service descriptions, user journeys, and operational flows.
- Translate the requirements and customer journey into clear, structured inputs for ISD/Billing and Network teams.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as liaison between Wholesale, ISD/Billing, Network, Finance and other relevant teams to facilitate timely delivery of solutions.
- Drive alignment between business needs and technical implementation plans.
- Track and manage end-to-end delivery milestones for new products or services, enhancements, or partner onboarding.
- Partner Support
- Serve as operational point of contact for MVNOs and wholesale partners.
- Assist with onboarding, facilitate service configuration, documentation, and resolution of issues raised by partners.
- Monitor change requests and enhancement requirements from partners and ensure internal follow-up.
- Process Review and Improvement
- Review and recommend improvements to business processes across Wholesale, ISD/Billing and Network functions.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management.
- Certifications in product/project management, telecom technologies are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in any of the following field:
- Telecommunications (wholesale, Enterprise, MVNO segment)
- IT/System delivery or project coordination
- Business analyst/Operations support
- Preferred experience includes:
- Involvement in Wholesale/MVNO onboarding
- Exposure to OSS/BSS systems/platforms
- Experience in handling cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Skills
- o Strong analytical and business documentation skills.
- o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to interface with technical and commercial teams.
- o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- o Process-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- o Familiar with project management principles (Agile/Scrum is an advantage).

Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen robust relationships with key wholesale partners across Malaysia, ensuring consistent execution of pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
- Drive sell-in performance and secure long-term commercial success in both established and emerging trade territories.
- Identify and onboard new wholesale partners to expand market reach and revenue.
- Plan and manage distribution targets, pricing, and stock allocations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity (depletions, sell-through rates, inventory, ROI) to inform strategic decision-making, forecasting, and identify new business opportunities.
- Co-create and execute impactful incentive programs and channel-specific pricing/promotional support to accelerate sell-through velocity in the market.
- Oversee the entire wholesale process, from order management to inventory control, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain regulatory and operational compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of distribution channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management, negotiation, and analytical reporting.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-territory channel strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of building rapport with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently across Malaysia to build and nurture relationships, as per business requirements.

The position plays a key role in supporting MVNOs, access seekers, and internal stakeholders in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of wholesale services
Business Documentation and Requirements Management Develop and maintain Business Requisition Forms (BRF) detailing product or partner requirements. Document wholesale product specifications, service descriptions, user journeys, and operational flows. Translate the requirements and customer journey into clear, structured inputs for ISD/Billing and Network teams. Cross-functional Coordination Act as liaison between Wholesale, ISD/Billing, Network, Finance and other relevant teams to facilitate timely delivery of solutions. Drive alignment between business needs and technical implementation plans. Track and manage end-to-end delivery milestones for new products or services, enhancements, or partner onboarding. Partner Support Serve as operational point of contact for MVNOs and wholesale partners. Assist with onboarding, facilitate service configuration, documentation, and resolution of issues raised by partners. Monitor change requests and enhancement requirements from partners and ensure internal follow-up. Process Review and Improvement Review and recommend improvements to business processes across Wholesale, ISD/Billing and Network functions. Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management. Certifications in product/project management, telecom technologies are a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in any of the following field: Telecommunications (wholesale, Enterprise, MVNO segment) IT/System delivery or project coordination Business analyst/Operations support Preferred experience includes: Involvement in Wholesale/MVNO onboarding Exposure to OSS/BSS systems/platforms Experience in handling cross-functional stakeholder coordination Skills o Strong analytical and business documentation skills. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to interface with technical and commercial teams. o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. o Process-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. o Familiar with project management principles (Agile/Scrum is an advantage).

Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate sales teams to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
Responsibilities- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

- Prepare and/or review quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements
- Monitor competitors' activities/products and produce competition reports based on merchandising data. Recommend practical actions to counter competition
- Prepare sales reports and report projected sales/margin forecasts. Track and highlight unusual increases/decreases in customer demand
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and collect payments from customers
- Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actions
- Maintain relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Follow up with customers, respond to queries and solicit further orders
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers
- Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of FMCG industry/market/competitors/customers, managing wholesaler.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
