Role Summary
Own the end-to-end setup, maintenance, and quality of web analytics so the business can measure performance accurately and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement tracking using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Build and maintain tagging via TMS (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
- Define, deploy, and manage data layers; write/customize scripts for advanced tracking.
- Validate data for accuracy and consistency; ensure privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and measurement plans.
- Troubleshoot and debug tracking; optimize performance and reliability.
- Produce clear documentation and provide training on analytics implementations and best practices.
Minimum Experience
- 4+ years
in a similar web/digital analytics implementation role.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on expertise with GA4 or Adobe Analytics and a tag manager (GTM/Adobe Launch/Tealium).
- Solid JavaScript/DOM knowledge; comfortable with data layer design, JSON, and regex.
- Proficient with debugging tools (e.g., GA DebugView, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, browser DevTools).
- Working knowledge of consent management and privacy regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; meticulous documentation.
- Experience with server-side tagging, CDPs (e.g., Segment/Tealium), A/B testing tools.
- SQL/BigQuery (or similar) for validation and analysis; basic APIs familiarity.

About You
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience in using PowerBI and Looker Studio.
- Good at handling time-sensitive projects independently and working within tight timeline given
- Able to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment and have good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous - ensuring high accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.

About You
Existing students pursuing degree/diploma in IT, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematic or Statistics
Minimum CGPA 3.2

Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
