To design, implement, and maintain efficient water systems—including irrigation, drainage, flood control, and retention structures—while integrating modern water technologies and meeting regulatory and certification standards.
Job scope:
· Infrastructure Design & Construction — Plan and manage water infrastructure projects, including design, documentation, and construction oversight to ensure quality and timely delivery.
· Hydrology & Risk Planning — Analyze water flow and seasonal risks to develop mitigation strategies that support effective irrigation, drainage, and flood control
· Monitoring, Maintenance & Compliance — Maintain water systems through regular checks and repairs. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
· Technology Integration — Implement suitable technologies to improve system automation, monitoring, and decision-making in water management.
· Coordination & Training — Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to align operations. Provide training and support to ensure consistent practices
· Data Gathering & Reporting — Collect and track key water management data. Summarize findings, maintenance actions, and system performance for regular reporting and review.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Agricultural, Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, or related field
· Minimum 4 years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation, with exposure to hydrology, drainage, or irrigation systems
· Ability to design and manage water infrastructure projects, applying best practices in system efficiency, resilience, and sustainable resource management
· Experience with smart water management technologies is a plus
· Strong skills in project management, including technical supervision, team coordination, and contractor engagement
· Ability to train field teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both operational personnel and senior stakeholders
