About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plant Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain our Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth plant operations, meeting environmental compliance, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems according to SOP.
- Record daily operational data, chemical usage, and plant parameters.
- Perform chemical top-up, filter backwash, desludging, and general plant upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with DOE standards for final discharge and site safety procedures.
- Report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or modifications to the supervisor.
- Maintain good housekeeping and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Support maintenance activities and instrument calibrations.
- Work closely with team members during shift handovers.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and follow all HR policies and attendance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 18 and above.
- Able to work on rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).

- Manage scheduled waste (sludge, spent chemicals, PPE) in full compliance with regulations.

- Recommend upgrades and system improvements to increase reliability and capacity.
Incident Response & Safety
