Job Scope

• Oversee the full scope of logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory control, inbound/outbound shipment coordination, and warehouse layout optimization.
• Manage daily warehouse functions such as receiving, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff; provide training and guidance to improve productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, and maintain a clean, secure, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies that enhance delivery timelines, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to align transportation schedules with customer and production needs.
• Monitor and analyze logistics-related KPIs (e.g., delivery accuracy, warehouse turnover, inventory accuracy) and report insights to senior management.
• Implement and maintain inventory systems and logistics software to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock movement.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics and warehousing function.
• Support the planning and execution of stock counts and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehousing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to operations.
• Proficient in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with transportation coordination and cost control strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
