Job Description

•Answer phone calls and respond to messages professionally and promptly.

•Perform document filing and ensure proper record-keeping of warehouse documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and labels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to arrange Incoming and Outgoing shipments, optimizing schedules to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (minimum) or Degree holder (plus) in any field with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Manufacturing environment; additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related field are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and inventory management systems; intermediate computer skills.
