We are looking for a Chemical Warehouse Analyst role at GE Aerospace.   • Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of physical parts in SAP systems.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, arrangement, and put-away processes for efficient operations.
  • Ensure proper issuance of physical parts and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Plan and monitor calibration schedules for data loggers and download records. Track storage requirements, shelf-life items, and stock levels for critical supplies.

Overview

Manager, Data Analysis (Malaysia, India)

Responsible for managing data analysis controls and operational risk processes related to the Client List Derivation. Focus on executing and updating controls, conducting root cause analysis, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and update the Key Control Indicator (KCI) / Control Sample Testing (CST) for the Client List Derivation process to minimise potential failures arising from operational risk events; perform root cause analysis on issues identified and communicate to the relevant process owners.
  • Assist in designing and updating KCIs / CSTs to ensure potential failure points are adequately mitigated.
  • Coordinate, drive, and direct effective operational risk management for the automated Client List Derivation process.
  • Perform root cause analysis on issues and ensure timely communication to the respective process owner.
  • Implement and monitor KCI / CST processes, sampling, testing, and recording of related activities; monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Enhance automated KCIs to remain effective and aligned with framework requirements; maintain proper records of KCI / CST activities.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, report, and escalate operational risk exposures; support the team in minimizing risk-related failures and investigate material issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify new potential failure points and implement appropriate controls; coordinate exceptions and track risk issue resolutions.
  • Identify weaknesses in control standards and ensure effectiveness of controls; assist with internal/external audits and provide timely information to stakeholders.
  • Prepare risk-related metrics including trend analysis and dashboards.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • 7+ years of banking/financial services experience
  • University degree (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management within a banking environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong background in customer due diligence (CDD) policies and procedures
  • Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Practical, pragmatic, and capable of challenging the status quo
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate independently
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to automate functions

Overview

Associate, Integrated Operations (Data Analysis) — Lazada, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Integrated Operations Team is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our core seller programs. Additionally, the team holds ownership of the commercial team’s quarterly target setting and performance management processes, while also administering incentive computations for the commercial team. Furthermore, the team operates the Commercial Academy—a dedicated initiative that designs and deploys soft- and hard-skill training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and enhance business strategies using data, optimizing resources across various teams, like sales operations, seller programmes.
  • Lead our commercial target-setting process to guide business growth effectively, Create and maintain dashboards to keep track of key performance indicators.
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Data Product teams to ensure our data is accurate and actionable for key stakeholders.
  • Spot trends and opportunities in seller program design for improvements and maintain strong governance of financial viability.
  • Monitor seller performance and provide insights to refine seller programs and optimise KAM incentive distributions according the efficient seller target setting process.
  • Conduct targeted analyses to solve unique business challenges, offering data-driven solutions. Provide strategic insights to leadership on sales operations, including incentives and profitability models.
  • Collaborate with Seller Engagement and Sales Operations teams to manage seller communications and inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or commercial operations (e-commerce, consulting, or retail).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you thrive in teamwork settings.
  • Quick learner who adapts well to changing environments and priorities.
  • Solid analytical abilities, especially with Excel; familiarity with data tools such as SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Project management experience is a bonus.
