The Responsibilities:
Our client is on the lookout for great full-time talents in Real-Time Visual Effects (VFX) Artists to join their growing development team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with their talented team in producing consistently believable, platform optimized, and stylistically accurate effects in their many internal and external projects.
- Principal Responsibilities
- Work alongside their team and project stakeholders to deliver real-time in-game VFX assets that amplify, and are in-lined with the project’s visual direction, technical specifications, and calendar milestone demands.
- Develop visually invoking VFX assets through innovative utilization of 2D/3D particles, shapes, motions, shaders, and post processing effects for both gameplay and cinematic use, while maintaining built optimization and efficiency, within technical boundaries.
- Plan, conceptualize, and design VFX assets in pre production, and be able to clearly communicate your ideas and intentions to project stakeholders before actual development.
- Team and Personal Responsibilities
- Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with various disciplines and stakeholders across different project and approval stages.
- Experienced or keen to learn and improve new pipeline and production practices through iterative development methodologies, be it traditional or agile workflows.
- Constantly familiarizing and keeping updated with current industry standards, trends, pipelines, and software to effectively and consistently hit higher graphical benchmarks.

- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 and or 5 (and above).

Previous work to showcase stylistic consistency and imaginative use of emitters, geometry, animation, and or shaders to create visually appealing game ready VFX assets.
- Intermediate VFX Artist
- Solid experience and demonstrated ability in VFX development, consistent delivery of assets that meet project requirements, both technically and stylistically. Decent knowledge in VFX ideation, mockup, and prototyping. Have at least been credited with one game title launch, with preferably a minimum of three to four years of industry experience.
- Senior VFX Artist
- Excellent knowledge and demonstrated consistency in developing visually stunning VFX assets across multiple, and various project stylistic, and technical requirements. Ability to document, improve, and mentor newer VFX staff. Is Proficient in multiple core skills with a few peripheral and supplementary skill sets.
