The Product Sales Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the Transaction Banking business. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of Top Tier Local Corporates and Global Subsidiaries and be responsible for TTS (Treasury and Strade solutions) sales origination, cross-sell and retention across the portfolio
- Deepen wallet penetration, revenue realization and expansion, and driving customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and reduce attrition
- Primary global or regional point of contact and accountability for TTS sales origination and related activities to clients
- Trusted advisor for the TTS solutions provided to clients and be responsible for overall client satisfaction
- Manage and drive the deal team and work closely with Relationship Managers, TTS Product, Client Delivery and O&T to achieve objectives
- Responsible, in close coordination with Product Management team, for the development and strategic growth of the region, as well as lead execution of multiple country solutions
- Responsible to establish and monitor development of the sales strategy to improve origination, while focusing on bringing new clients to the portfolio and guaranteeing that opportunities are executed accordingly, by ensuring that we have the right solution for each of the specific client requirements
- In addition to that, such person must guarantee that sales best practices and success cases are being implemented across countries
- Closely manage client portfolio and address risk mitigation needs when necessary

New sales wins, revenue growth and retention within a predefined portfolio as a corporate sales consultant across all BofA markets – across treasury, trade, and FX. Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients advancing the relationships from 1) access 2) dialogue 3) material relationship 4) pipeline 5) mandate, to 6) strategic advisor. Work closely with other regions and corporate banking team to deliver solution to our clients. Relevant cash and trade sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank. Proven track record in managing complex cash and trade deals for multinational corporations. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Strong presentation skills. Strong inter‑personal and organizational skills. Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. Strong financial skills. Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions. The Corporate Salesperson is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. - Sell separate account services or finance products directly to Corporate clients
- Will help team to service clients in the buying and selling of securities, derivatives, FX and commodities
- Help drive the team's developed strategy across specified product lines

- Originate and execute meaningful and landmark transactions
