The Product Sales Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the Transaction Banking business. Requires basic commercial awareness. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Top Tier Local Corporates and Global Subsidiaries and be responsible for TTS (Treasury and Strade solutions) sales origination, cross-sell and retention across the portfolio
- Deepen wallet penetration, revenue realization and expansion, and driving customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and reduce attrition
- Primary global or regional point of contact and accountability for TTS sales origination and related activities to clients
- Trusted advisor for the TTS solutions provided to clients and be responsible for overall client satisfaction
- Manage and drive the deal team and work closely with Relationship Managers, TTS Product, Client Delivery and O&T to achieve objectives
- Responsible, in close coordination with Product Management team, for the development and strategic growth of the region, as well as lead execution of multiple country solutions
- Responsible to establish and monitor development of the sales strategy to improve origination, while focusing on bringing new clients to the portfolio and guaranteeing that opportunities are executed accordingly, by ensuring that we have the right solution for each of the specific client requirements
- In addition to that, such person must guarantee that sales best practices and success cases are being implemented across countries
- Closely manage client portfolio and address risk mitigation needs when necessary
- Implement and lead execution of sales campaign by country/product to improve market share and client penetration
- Keep track of portfolio revenues, drivers and monitor against planned targets
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Extensive years of client facing/sales experience
- Previous Transaction Banking experience and understanding of trade and cash products required
- Experience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desired
- A combination of commercial and analytical skills
- Experience with new client acquisition would be an advantage
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

PPKM Certificate holder is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Sell separate account services or finance products directly to Corporate clients
- Will help team to service clients in the buying and selling of securities, derivatives, FX and commodities
- Help drive the team's developed strategy across specified product lines
- Aid to achieve specified goals in both market and wallet share for the identified client franchise
- Originate and execute meaningful and landmark transactions
- Will independently and/or jointly work within business product to achieve the strategic growth and market share we are aiming for
- Partner closely with other key businesses and functions to ensure proper product deployment based on understanding of client
- Help foster an environment of collaboration through interfacing with appropriate internal partners to enhance share of mind with clients, increase dialogue and to deliver on expertise
- Understand and analyze clients’ businesses and exposures to provide best suited sales solutions in full coordination with all relevant business partners
- Leading strong governance and controls
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services
