- Coordinate across departments including business units, design, validation, process development, fabrication, assembly/test, and supply chain to meet quality, schedule, and cost criteria.

- Inspire teams, role model company values, develop others' capabilities, and foster a productive work environment.
Minimum qualifications required for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Product Development Engineering or post-Silicon experience
Preferred qualifications (additional to minimum):
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 15+ years of experience
- Strong management skills in people, stakeholders, and programs
- Experience in Silicon/Product Development, especially in HSIOs, Analog/RF IPs, and ATE testing (HDMT / V93K)
- Knowledge of DFT for Analog/IO subsystems
- Experience with Analog DV, debugging, and test/measurement equipment such as Logic Analyzers, high bandwidth scopes, and signal generators

About The Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead the development and evolution of our Sitecore Experience Platform solutions. This role is pivotal in driving engineering excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering scalable, high-performance digital experience solutions across a globally distributed team.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction, building high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones and cultures. You will work closely with Product, other teams and supporting functions to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire, mentor, and lead multiple engineering teams, architects and quality lead across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Provide coaching and career development for engineering managers, architects and quality lead.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams.
- Partner with product team to align on technical vision and roadmap.
- Oversee the successful delivery of product releases, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance targets are met.
- Track engineering effectiveness and product health to adjust for better efficiency.
- Typically requires 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 6 years in leadership roles within a software development company.
- Strong background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in .NET, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading global teams and delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and modern DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Sitecore Experience Platform or similar enterprise digital experience platforms.

Job Overview:
The Director Project Engineering role requires comprehensive Project Engineering (Eng), Management, and business expertise. The Director Project Engineering leads through subordinate managers of managers and executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy. They direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems that have implications beyond their Function. The Director Project Engineering applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance and influence customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- P rimary responsibility is to deliver engineering of large and complex SURF + SPS projects
- Instill and promote a “Safety as a Value” culture
- Administrative and technical management of the Project Engineering Department
- Establish a budget and salary plan for the department
- Identify and recruit staff for Project Engineering positions
- Maintain staffing levels appropriate to the projected workload
- Provide leadership and training for the professional development of staff
- Identify and correct performance gaps
- Maintain Company processes and procedures related to Project Execution
- Allocate resources to provide quality, on time and cost-effective deliverables for projects and proposals
- Responsible for the integrity of the work produced
- Responsible for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control
- Ensure work is being coordinated with the other departments, offices, fabrication, and construction to meet project requirements
- Ensure proactive and effective management of change
- Monitor project performance and provide input and support as required
- Participate in monthly Project Reviews
- Execute Project Engineering Assessment (PEA) for Project Engineering
- Support proposal development
- Support the Lessons Learned process and continuous improvement initiatives of the company
- Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures
- Ensure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures
- Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an engineering discipline
- Minimum 15 years of Project Engineering and/or Engineering Management experience
- Demonstrates a broad technical knowledge of detailed design engineering codes and standards
- Familiar with detailed engineering and design work procedures and processes
- Able to read and understand contractual documentation
- Able to effectively communicate with and lead engineers and non-engineers
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Membership in related Professional Organization(s)
- Field assignment experience
- Experience in International Projects
- Experience with multi-office (MOPEX) execution
- Experience in execution as part of a Joint Venture or Consortium Group
- Experience developing proposals and contractual documentation
- Experience acting in a PMT role for projects
- Experience in revamping (Brownfield) and grassroots (Greenfield) projects

About The Job
The Director of Engineering is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel's physical infrastructure and systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety. This role ensures the property is maintained to the highest standards for safety, functionality, and aesthetics. The Director leads a team of engineers and technicians, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, energy conservation, project planning, and compliance with regulatory standards.
As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the Engineering department.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, elevators, chillers)
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with minimum disruption to guests.
- Manage energy and utility usage to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems, including fire/life safety systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate the engineering team.
- Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular department meetings to ensure clear communication of goals and priorities.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
- Monitor and control expenses to align with financial goals.
- Source and manage vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead renovation, refurbishment, and new installation projects, coordinating with other departments and contractors.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure property compliance with brand standards and government regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and codes (e.g., electrical, plumbing, fire safety, environmental).
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to promptly address maintenance requests.
- Ensure all guest-facing facilities (e.g., air-conditioning, elevators, lighting) are functioning optimally.
- Control and supervise the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program. Check all Fire and Engineering safety features to ensure that they are functioning at peak efficiency.
- Be well versed and knowledgeable of the hotels Fire Evacuation and all Emergency procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the General Manager of the hotel
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues
- Be innovative, financially savvy, Connect emotionally with guest and internal customer
- 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar position in an executive committee capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, People Management Skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Well verged with technology, which helps hotel operation to take next level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical equivalent education/experience required
