What You’ll Do- Inspire, mentor, and lead multiple engineering teams, architects and quality lead across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Provide coaching and career development for engineering managers, architects and quality lead.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams.
- Partner with product team to align on technical vision and roadmap.
- Oversee the successful delivery of product releases, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance targets are met.
- Track engineering effectiveness and product health to adjust for better efficiency.
- Typically requires 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 6 years in leadership roles within a software development company.
- Strong background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in .NET, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading global teams and delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and modern DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Sitecore Experience Platform or similar enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Experience as an Software Architect managing large systems.
- Experience modernizing a large and complex codebase.
