We are seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead the development and evolution of our Sitecore Experience Platform solutions. This role is pivotal in driving engineering excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering scalable, high-performance digital experience solutions across a globally distributed team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction, building high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones and cultures. You will work closely with Product, other teams and supporting functions to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do

Inspire, mentor, and lead multiple engineering teams, architects and quality lead across North America, Europe, and Asia. Provide coaching and career development for engineering managers, architects and quality lead. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams. Partner with product team to align on technical vision and roadmap. Oversee the successful delivery of product releases, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance targets are met. Track engineering effectiveness and product health to adjust for better efficiency. What You Need to Succeed

Typically requires 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 6 years in leadership roles within a software development company. Strong background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in .NET, Azure, or other cloud platforms. Demonstrated success in leading global teams and delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and modern DevOps practices. Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart
