Job Description
- Maintain accurate records of the companyâs fleet, including registration, insurance, road tax, and inspection status (PUSPAKOM).
- Schedule and monitor regular maintenance, servicing, and inspection appointments for all vehicles.
- Assist with the renewal and application processes for vehicle permits, road tax, insurance, and related documents.
- Maintain and update the vehicle database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with workshops and vendors for repairs, services, and vehicle availability.
- Assist to prepare and submit fleet-related reports to management as required.
- Monitor the condition of vehicles and report any irregularities or damage.
- Ensure all drivers submit daily logbooks and checklists.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to vehicle breakdowns, insurance claims, and fines.
- Support compliance with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and other regulatory requirements.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field of study.
- Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal communication.
- Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of JPJ and PUSPAKOM procedures, and prior working experience will be an added advantage.

- You will actively shape the future-oriented implementation and support the complex SAP S/4HANA applications for the transportation management processes (including SAP Logistic Execution–Transportation (LE-TRA) and SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management) that are used worldwide.

- As the Manager of Total Quality Management, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and deployment of Quality Management initiatives across company’s headquarters and all affiliated manufacturing plants. - Develop and implement company-wide Quality Management strategies in alignment with company’s global quality standards and corporate vision.
- Serve as the central point of contact for Quality Management activities between the headquarters and all manufacturing plants globally.
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects to address systemic issues and drive performance enhancements across production sites.
- Facilitate the deployment of the Production System principles and quality methodologies including PDCA, QC Story, and 5-Why analysis.
- Oversee quality audits, self-assessments, and benchmarking exercises to evaluate and improve quality systems across locations.
- Provide coaching and training on Quality Management tools and concepts to management teams and frontline leaders to build organizational capability.
- Coordinate the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and standardized work procedures across plants to promote consistency and quality excellence.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality and lead root cause analysis and countermeasure development as needed.

What you will do:
To acquire new dealers (including but not limited to Dealer Financing product) through established partnership nationwide or any other sales channels To handle any inquiries and/or complaints of dealers and provide recommendations/solutions to the issues To encourage financing utilization by paying visitation to car dealers To establish and perform a detail Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence for every on-boarding application To arrange for signing of facility agreement with dealers To review existing facility and performance of dealers and propose new credit limit (if applicable and relevant) over existing portfolio Contribute to process improvement relating to assigned financing products To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements
What we are looking for:
SPM holders with minimum 2 years sales experience OR Diploma/Degree holders with minimum 1 year sales experience Has strong interest and passionate in sales line Has the ability to work in a team and independently Meticulous and able to deliver task or targets/KPIs within agreed time frame Has own transport and able to travel out of Klang Valley (if needed) for site visitation Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, speaking and writing Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
You will shine if:
Able to speak in Mandarin or other dialect due to our customer base Has automotive market knowledge and network Data analysis and Microsoft Excel skill

Job Description
Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
In this role, you will apply your hands-on experience in workshop operations and mechatronics to extract, document, and manage high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance data. Your contributions will directly support the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of our data factory output — used by thousands of aftermarket service providers worldwide to deliver efficient and reliable automotive service.
This role is also open to fresh graduates in the automotive field, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data specialist, data entry, or similar roles who have a strong interest in the automotive industry and working with data.
- Extract and record researched vehicle repair and maintenance data into internal databases and systems
- Organize and document technical vehicle data to ensure usability for internal processes and customers
- Take ownership of data quality by regularly reviewing, updating, and maintaining datasets
- Ensure compliance with OEM licensing requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal QA, content, and engineering teams to validate data and uphold publishing standards
- Support continuous process improvement and foster cross-departmental knowledge sharing
- Solid understanding of vehicle technology and workshop repair processes
- Experience in data entry and documentation tools
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and service manuals
- Familiarity with OEM technical platforms (e.g., Toyota TIS, BMW ISTA, Hyundai GSW)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for interpreting documentation and communicating across teams
- Background in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a strong automotive enthusiast.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a data specialist or data entry role are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in data-related roles within the automotive sector is a strong advantage
