· Carry out design of mechanical services including Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Fire Protection System (FPS), Plumbing and Sanitary (P&S)
· Produce and compile Detailed Calculations Report
· Take part in presentation slides’ technical/Design input
· Liaison with Registered Inspector (RI) and relevant Authority on submission matters
· Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Contractor on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
· Attend technical / site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems
· Coordinate drawing production, including checking of drawings for tender preparation, submission to Authorities and construction issuance
· Support Tender bid related to M&E Design
· Other duties arranged by Senior/Lead Engineer
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
· Fresh graduate or 1 years of working experience in construction industry
· Those with design experience will have an added advantage
· Knowledge in Mechanical Design Software, e.g. ASHRAE, E20, Trimble, Trace 700, etc
· Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Naviswork, etc
· Proficiency in basic Design knowledge is preferable
· Effective in both English and Mandarin communication, with Mandarin proficiency supporting regular collaboration with Chinese enterprises.
