Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. They apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve the client's overall strategy, performance, and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Team Collaboration & Culture
Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines
Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
Relevant industry expertise
MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead strategic executive engagement by aligning Honeywell's solutions with the customer's operating model and digital transformation goals, crafting compelling C-level narratives, and delivering impactful presentations to senior leadership.
+ Lead and manage customer diagnostic engagements-from framing objectives and proposals to executing studies with technical teams, delivering actionable insights through final reports, and driving follow-up initiatives with internal stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, develop innovative go-to-market and sales programs, support pipeline growth, and track value delivery through customer engagements and case studies.
+ Support broader organization to shift from traditional products to value focused selling.
+ Conduct internal training / Share best practice & case studies.
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Prior consulting experience at minimum at Engagement Manager / Project Lead level or above (3 years experience) at leading Consulting firms in Strategy and/or operations functions.
+ Industry knowledge and/or experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, MMM highly preferred.
+ Master's degree in engineering highly preferred.
+ Outstanding client-facing communication skills, including deep experience in preparing and delivering C-suite level presentations and executive communications.
+ Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills, including ability to quickly identify and define business drivers and customer needs.
+ Strong quantitative skills, including financial modelling, scenario planning, value analysis etc.
+ Ability to travel 30% internationally from office locations.

As a Senior Business Processes Consultant S/4 HANA Finance with an expertise around FI or CO or TRM or FSCM or CFIN or GR or SAC-P, you will be involved in
- Application of the functional expertise for the digital transformation of our customers according to S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise
- Design Customer Processes, Configuration of the system and Identification of gaps; designing custom processes
- Delivery of premium engagement remotely and onsite validation and support services
- Helping customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution
- High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases
- Engage with customers and engagement teams to scope solutions and build customer proposals
- Managing and leading Solution integration across various process areas
- Willingness to travel on short notice (primarily within India and SE Asia) for varying durations
**What you bring**
- Experience in the role of Financials Track lead in 2 End to End Implementation projects
- 4-5 years of functional experience in any of the core topics in Financials domain and more than 10 years of Consulting experience
