**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Asia Pacific Real Estate Portfolio Manager.
+ Support real estate and facilities activities for over 60 sites across Asia Pacific (excluding China)
+ Evaluate real estate options and their financial impacts.
+ Assist in managing property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
+ Management of external real estate service providers.
+ Work with senior leaders to ensure the real estate team is the go-to contact for property transactions.
+ Support industrial location decisions for GE HealthCare businesses.
+ Manage/oversee space planning and projects for GEHC manufacturing sites in the region.
+ Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly transactions.
+ Assist in preparation of documents such as statements of requirement, due diligence reports, RFPs, LOIs, lease agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
+ Support strategies to reduce costs and improve the real estate footprint and employee experience.
+ Assist in managing external brokers, suppliers, and consultants.
+ Build relationships with regional business units and other GE HealthCare functions.
+ Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for real estate transactions.
+ Participate in meetings and reviews to track progress.
+ Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
+ Support real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
+ Oversee Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across 10 countries
+ Coordinate with regional teams to implement best practices and optimize facility operations.
+ Manage the forecast, application and reporting of the operational based and project based budget including real estate budget, IFM budget, project P&E budget and AR application.
+ Monitor and track energy cost reduction measures.
+ Act as a point of contact for specific projects and coordinate resources.
+ Leverage GEHC tools to manage various databases and reporting.
+ Implement best practices and support the rollout of GE HealthCare's Workplace Playbook **Required Qualifications:**
+ +/-5yrs experience in real estate or a related field.
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with major in business management, finance, construction, architecture.

You will be part of a newly set-up support team under a global finance migration project, offering a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across the full end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including lead and opportunity management, customer setup, project contract setup, billing, cash application, and reporting.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for customers, projects, and transactions in the system.
+ Support invoice generation and payment tracking to ensure timely billing and cash application.
+ Help reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies such as unapplied or misapplied payments.
+ Collaborate with internal teams across regions (APAC, EMEA & NAM)
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of all requests and transactions in compliance with SLA and KPI requirements.
+ Participate in knowledge transfer, training, and team activities as part of a newly established support team.
+ Assist in preparing documentation for audits or internal reviews.
+ Maintain strict adherence to company policies and SOX compliance requirements.
**What You'll need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
+ Up to 3 years of relevant experience in OTC or Accounts Receivable is a plus.
+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
+ Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., SUMIF, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting.)
+ Able to read, write, and speak in English for business communication.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Project Operations, or Finance) is an advantage.
+ Flexible with working hours and willing to support overtime during month-end closing and peak periods.

**About the role:**
As the CBRE Financial Analyst - Account Payable (Korean speaker), you will join a team responsible for a broad range of Accounts Payable activities and enjoy regional exposure with career enhancing opportunities supporting the Korean market.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Responsible for the functions of Accounts Payable - preparation of vendor payment, staff claims, Inter-company payment and ad-hoc payment request.
+ Ensure payment transactions are properly recorded into ERP system (PeopleSoft System).
+ Reconciliation of vendor statement against ERP vendor account.
+ Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Assist in payment runs - generating payment vouchers, updating invoice status, uploading system-generated payment files in shared folder.
+ Process all requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
+ Monthly Reporting-Complete monthly bank reconciliation and monthly exception report.
+ Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, BSO processes and procedures.
+ Any other scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.
**What You'll need:**
+ LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company preferred. But fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
+ Must be able to read and write in Korean(Above TOPIK 4) and good spoken English.
+ Organized, Tactful, Dependable, Analytical & Meticulous.
+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ A team player and able to promote team work among the team.
+ Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
+ Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and enthusiastic.
