Key Responsibilities

• Automation of Data Processing & Visualization Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for validating the functionality, performance, and accuracy of data processing pipelines, analytics algorithms, and visualization dashboards.
• Data Pipeline & Engine Testing: Ensure the entire data pipeline, from ingestion to analysis to visualization, is thoroughly tested for reliability and integrity.

• End-to-End Testing: Implement comprehensive end-to-end test automation covering all phases of the data lifecycle, including preprocessing, analysis, visualization, and report generation.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change
+ Execute test cases under varying circumstances both manual and automated.
+ Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated
+ Utilize test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value
+ Document and evaluates test results
+ Detect, log, and report program bugs and errors
+ Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software
+ Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value
+ Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance
+ Work with software developers to determine solutions
+ Participate in Agile Ceremonies
**Skills & experience**
+ Bachelor's in relevant field
+ Min 3 years experience with QA/Test Automation role. Experience with CRM tools will be highly preferred
+ Experience in project management and QA approaches
+ Advance knowledge of automation tools such as **Selenium** , Appium, Serenity BDD, **Playwright**
+ Working knowledge of programming languages, such as **Java, Postman**
+ Working knowledge of **MS Dynamics CRM** or other major CRM solutions
+ Strong problem-solving skills w/excellent organisational and time management skills
