Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for:

• User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Proven Experience & Portfolio : Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Design Tools Expertise : Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• UI/UX Principles : In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Information Architecture : Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
• Problem-Solving & Detail : Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Front End Development : Ability to perform Frontend Development in VueJS / ReactJS / React Native / Flutter is an added advantage.

We are seeking a skilled Frontend UI/UX Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of our cloud-based A.I. omni-channel contact centre solution. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend components of our solution, which includes voice, email, and chat channels. Your primary focus will be on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enable efficient and effective communication between our customers and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend components of our omnichannel contact centre solution using modern web technologies such as NextJS and/or React
• Good sense of UI/UX and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our customers and their clients
• Collaborate with our backend development team to ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend of our solution
• Implement responsive design to ensure that our solution is optimized for all devices and screen sizes
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure that the solution is bug-free and performs well
• Collaborate with other developers to continuously improve the user experience of our solution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies and incorporate them into our solution where appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing user interfaces using modern web technologies such as NextJS and/or React
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale web applications
