Responsibilities

Expectations of an UX Designer

• • Provide clear direction and strong UX point of view working in cross-disciplinary teams that may include data, tech, marketing and creative stakeholders
  • Have a hands-on approach to building thoughtful digital experiences from scratch
  • Prepare design visualization for communicating research outcomes, design plans and specification documents for submission
  • Be comfortable interfacing with client stakeholders, cultivating a good understanding of their business objectives, challenges and future ambitions.
  • Produce designs and test specifications for new ideas
  • Able to participate in design workshops for insights gathering
  • Contribute and participate where necessary in the user experience activities at various stages of a project including: user personas and flows, interface design strategy, site map creation, wire-framing, and usability testing
  • Consolidate research findings for report preparation
  • Execute primary and secondary research for data gathering
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years delivering UX projects and strategies across a range of products and services
• An enthusiastic and creative problem solver who’s unafraid of doing things differently
• Have knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including website engineers, product managers, and designers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop, mobile and app environments
• A deep understanding of visual and content design, and how it’s applied to improve clarity of communication.
• Fluent user of prototyping, design and mapping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Familiar with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Have knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML5, CSS and Javascript) and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
• Experience working on Agile projects would be a plus

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UX Designer to join our creative team. You’ll play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms. If you are passionate about understanding user behavior and turning insights into clean and elegant designs, we’d love to hear from you.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and final designs
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to translate ideas into user-centric designs
• Ensure design consistency and usability across all digital products
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and data
• Advocate for best UX practices across the team

We are looking for a motivated UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the design team and product managers as well as cross-functional stakeholders, collaborating with developers to help deliver our product goals. The designer will be able to drive design from concept to rollout and impact users across all of our markets.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design team and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine concepts Work closely with pms and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Help create design assets, prototypes, and documentation Collaborate with Developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and delivered with high quality.

Requirements :

A degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or any related field. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for design, data and eagerness to learn and grow within the field. UI/UX Designer Overview

This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with Singapore’s public agencies as part of their digital transformation, shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will be working within an agency as part of its design and product team , collaborating closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA Testers. Together, you will design and deliver user-centric digital solutions that align with Singapore’s vision of a Smart Nation—ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence across platforms.

Experience & Skills Required Experience: 4–7 years Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end visual design efforts from concept to final delivery.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups , and interactive prototypes .

• Ensure design consistency across products using pattern libraries and design systems.

• Champion user-centered design principles and promote iterative design processes.

• Present and explain design concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Mentor junior designers and foster design knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements:
