The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to take the lead in our user experience design initiatives. This role requires a visionary who can independently drive comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, utilizing the latest trends and methodologies for both design and user testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
- Collaborate with team members to launch designs.
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects.
- Facilitate design project discussions and workshops with users and stakeholders from business, tech, and marketing.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders.
- Develop user experience design and customer journey design where required.
- Apply Design Thinking processes in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes
Your skills and experience:
- 5-8 years or more experience in UX/UI space ideally in financial services space
- Experience with design software (e.g. InVision, Figma), graphics editing tools (e.g. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator) and user journey tool (e.g. smaply, mural)
- Experience in sprint participation, prototyping tools, understanding in design thinking methodologies
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first, responsive design, bootstrap
- Storytelling skill via presentation (PowerPoint)

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Fundamental understanding of Product Design & Development principles
- Knowledge of material selection for plastic and metal components, factoring in mechanical, thermal, electrical, and environmental considerations
- Basic grasp of Electrical Engineering concepts
- Familiarity with SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Transformation, Product & Design leads the strategic development and execution of customer experiences projects and initiatives across priority touchpoints for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). Responsibilities include collaborating with respective touchpoint leads (across the ground experience, in-flight and F&B), the CX Quality and Audit team (to integrate critical customer insights) in support of the Group’s subsidiaries of Airline, Aviation Services and Loyalty. Strong leadership is required to build a skilled team and ensure the highest standards of excellence in the customer journey.
Key Accountability
Strategic Planning and Transformation Management
- Leads and inspires the team to achieve the vision of an ideal customer journey.
- Develops strategies for a seamless customer journey and experience across priority touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), create supporting business cases, and implementation plans that is aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
- Oversees the overall / end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to testing and commercialization, with detailed recommendations and implementation plans.
- Stays updated on industry trends, consumer insights, competitor benchmarks, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and drive business growth.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership abilities to build high-performing teams and meet deadlines.
- Aligns products with brand and business goals by using customer insights, market trends, and technology advancements through cross-department collaboration.
- Collaborates with internal business units to ensure seamless experience project and initiatives implementation across touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), gaining buy-in and ensuring operational readiness through pilots, POCs, testing, implementation, and evaluations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitors implementation timelines, tracks KPIs and performance, and adjusts strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for a strong working culture aligned with corporate principles while enhancing productivity, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Identifies and provides training opportunities to upskill team members, ensuring they are equipped with both technical and soft skills required for success.
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Management etc. with more 10 years experienced in strategic transformation program design and delivery, customer experience management, product development, culture change and employee engagement, and marketing with extensive cross-functional business interaction with in-depth understanding of financials.

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Transformation, Product & Design leads the strategic development and execution of customer experiences projects and initiatives across priority touchpoints for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). Responsibilities include collaborating with respective touchpoint leads (across the ground experience, in-flight and F&B), the CX Quality and Audit team (to integrate critical customer insights) in support of the Group’s subsidiaries of Airline, Aviation Services and Loyalty. Strong leadership is required to build a skilled team and ensure the highest standards of excellence in the customer journey.
Key Accountability
Strategic Planning and Transformation Management
Leads and inspires the team to achieve the vision of an ideal customer journey. Develops strategies for a seamless customer journey and experience across priority touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), create supporting business cases, and implementation plans that is aligned with business objectives and brand standards. Oversees the overall / end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to testing and commercialization, with detailed recommendations and implementation plans. Stays updated on industry trends, consumer insights, competitor benchmarks, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and drive business growth. Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership abilities to build high-performing teams and meet deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
Aligns products with brand and business goals by using customer insights, market trends, and technology advancements through cross-department collaboration. Collaborates with internal business units to ensure seamless experience project and initiatives implementation across touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), gaining buy-in and ensuring operational readiness through pilots, POCs, testing, implementation, and evaluations Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth implementation.
Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Monitors implementation timelines, tracks KPIs and performance, and adjusts strategies as needed for optimal outcomes. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for a strong working culture aligned with corporate principles while enhancing productivity, efficiency, and teamwork. Identifies and provides training opportunities to upskill team members, ensuring they are equipped with both technical and soft skills required for success.
Qualification & Working Experience
Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Management etc. with more 10 years experienced in strategic transformation program design and delivery, customer experience management, product development, culture change and employee engagement, and marketing with extensive cross-functional business interaction with in-depth understanding of financials.

**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Perform Test execution on NAND BGAs
+ Perform system Level Reliability and Package Level Reliability Tests on NAND
+ Perform Failure Analysis on the rejected BGAs
+ Develop python scripts to automate log parsing and analysis
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Pursuing studies in Bachelors Degree in Electronic, Microelectronic or related Engineering field
PREFERRED:
+ Interest in device, embedded systems
+ Data analysis and statistical methods
+ Electronics materials and fabrication processes
