The Technical Training Engineer 2 is responsible for coordinating and delivering technical and compliance training programs that build workforce capability across manufacturing functions. What will you need to be successful?

Professional certification in instructional delivery, Train-the-Trainer, or LMS administration is preferred, alongside familiarity with QMS, LMS, and compliance training processes. Additional exposure to learning technologies, instructional design, and behavioral skills training is an advantage.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of delivering both technical and soft skills training, and skilled in engaging adult learners.
