Overview:

Dynamic trainer dedicated to enhancing skills and knowledge through engaging, interactive learning experiences.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Facilitation and Delivery: Deliver training sessions in various settings—classroom, on-site, or online.

  • Design Training Curriculum: Develop training programs that align with organizational goals, including course materials and lesson plans.

  • Engaging External Experts: Collaborate with outside experts to enhance training programs, bringing fresh ideas and up-to-date knowledge to the sessions.

  • Marketing Skills and Promotion: Promote training programs through various channels to attract and retain clients.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives and meets the specific needs of various teams.

Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with 3+ year of experience in instrumentation or working in water related industry.

  • Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars is also required. Additional Professional Certification is advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Good marketing strategies and mindset to achieve revenue target.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description

The Instructor, Video Security and Access Control will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training on Motorola Solutions’ comprehensive suite of video security and access control products and solutions. This role involves educating customers, partners, and internal teams on the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of these systems. Responsibilities

  • Technical Instruction: Provide in-depth technical training on system architecture, hardware installation, software configuration, network integration, video analytics, access control principles, and best practices.

  • Facilitate multi-hour product, behavioral or tool change type learning experiences.
  • Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics.
  • Coach and provide feedback and supervision during OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Can speak Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Earned a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Major in Education or Communication preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience as a Trainer.
  • Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook) - Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic in developing solutions and process improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule.
