You will be working in the Inside Sales, Global Intelligence & Analytics in Penang, Malaysia. Our expanding Global Inside Sales team requires a highly motivated Account Executive in Penang. The successful applicant will be responsible for renewing and up selling our Global Intelligence & Analytics portfolio into accounts essentially across AMER . This role positions the individual for outstanding career growth within S&P Global
Responsibilities and Impact:
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate, within the Global Intelligence & Analytics Division to:
• Conduct telephone conversations to identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activities in CRM system.
• Develop a strong understanding of the sales value proposition for our Global Intelligence & Analytics business and how they fit into the business requirements of your clients.
• Develop relationships with prospects to ensure new business will lead to long term partnerships.
• Making outbound calls/activities for prospecting.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting and forecasting
• Achieve specific monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
- (AMER Working Hours -9pm to 6am)
What We're Looking For:
The objective of the role is to successfully grow an existing book of subscription business through regular contact and excellent customer service. To increase the existing revenue through exploring new opportunities within an organization. Option to pursue new logo opportunities through marketing
and self-generating activity.
Basic Required Qualifications:
• a University Degree
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience preferred of managing end to end sales for New and Renewal business.
• Fluent in (English), other languages such as Spanish, French or any other European languages are desirable.
• Confident & self-motivated with a passion for selling.
• A quick learner on new products and sales approaches
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, etc.)
• Knowledge of contracts and proposal process.
• Ability to analyze business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies and close
business.
• Ability to develop account and territory plans to achieve penetration and grow revenue.
• Ability to conduct effective presentations to all levels of clients.

Job Responsibilities
Server & System Administration: Manage and maintain global server infrastructure, including performance monitoring, backups, user ID and email administration, and server security. IT Security Management: Administer enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus systems; ensure secure network access and up-to-date security configurations in alignment with company policies. Cloud, Network & Data Centre Operations: Oversee installation, configuration, and support of cloud, network, and data centre equipment; proactively manage network traffic and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution. Telecommunication Support: Maintain voice communication systems and patch panels; ensure accurate documentation and collaborate with vendors for updates and troubleshooting. Global End-User Support & IT Coordination: Provide technical assistance to global offices, resolve IT issues, conduct basic training, manage hardware/software licenses, and support IT procurement and documentation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge in Windows Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and AWS. Familiarity with Linux/Red Hat and scripting (CMD, PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage. Experience supporting in-house ERP systems. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, SonicWall, or Cisco are beneficial. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Malaysia are required. Candidates who require work pass need not apply.
Other Information:
This role follows U.S. public holidays to align with global operational needs. Occasional support for Malaysia-based colleagues working night shifts, particularly those handling U.S. operations. Flexibility and responsiveness are key, especially when coordinating across time zones and supporting international teams.

- Provide expert technical support and advice on subsea inspection and intervention requirements.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of subsea inspection programs in line with SIMS objectives.
- Review and interpret subsea inspection data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Recommend and implement appropriate intervention measures based on inspection findings.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of SIMS services.
- Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Subsea Inspection Management System database and workflows.
- Ensure all inspection and intervention activities are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support for Coda's platform to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels.
- Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
- Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders in QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed.
- Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews.
- Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms for incident tracking and resolution.
