Network like a pro—with designers, developers, and retail collaborators to amplify brand reach and credibility

Develop new revenue opportunities and strategic alliances that align with the brand’s goals.

Pitch our services (furniture solutions, makeover services, space design) to prospective clients and partners.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential business clients, collaborators, and referral partners (e.g. interior designers, contractors, property developers, co-working spaces, cafes).
  • Develop new revenue opportunities and strategic alliances that align with the brand’s goals.
  • Pitch our services (furniture solutions, makeover services, space design) to prospective clients and partners.

Community Building & Brand Collaboration

  • Create and nurture a network of community partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Organize and participate in community events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to build awareness and trust.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Event teams to activate joint campaigns or community programs.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment of business goals with customer and community needs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups that reflect our brand tone and value.
  • Track leads, conversions, and partnerships using CRM or reporting tools.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or community engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident in networking and presentations.
  • Creative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passionate about lifestyle, design, or home improvement industries is a big plus.
